Apparently, Quill has a reputation for cancelling . Secondly, if the deals do go through, you can order the cartridges at this website for $30.95 plus shipping. http://www.supermediastore.com/canon-s35-toner-cartridge.html That said, I purchased one of these copiers for our church a month or so ago and it does a very nice job. The Supermedia link I provided does have sales on the cartridges for $25 shipped from time to time, so keep an eye out if you get one of the copiers. I was told by a CS manager that "if they honored the price the advertised, they wouldn't make any money." He went on to say that they were not going to honor any of the $149 priced printers, but if you want one tomorrow morning they will sell them to you for $299 minus the $150 Canon rebate.
