hoover67 Posted February 4, 2008 Posted February 4, 2008 I need to get a couple of perscriptions filled. Are there any coupons/deals for perscriptions?
Guest JustMeDiana Posted February 4, 2008 Posted February 4, 2008 I have several for trade just let me know.... just send me a pm
marb321 Posted February 6, 2008 Posted February 6, 2008 Walmart has many generic prescriptions for $4.00 for a 30 day supply and I believe Target does 3 mos for $15.00, but I am not sure. There are numerous sites where you can get free discount cards.
pchappy Posted February 7, 2008 Posted February 7, 2008 Wal-Mart is the best deal around. They just updated their list and includes most of the popular one. Good luck!
cianco301 Posted February 7, 2008 Posted February 7, 2008 Walgreens also has a program similar to Walmart and Kroger is offering the $4.00 generics.
mom2monkiesx3 Posted February 7, 2008 Posted February 7, 2008 Walgreens also has a program similar to Walmart and Kroger is offering the $4.00 generics.Kmart is offering $5 giftcard for any new or transferred prescription...it is in the booklet at the pharmacy (coupon) BUT make sure they know how to use it. I was in a hurry and got home to find out SHE CHARGED me for a $5 giftcard...no bid deal since I used it immeadiatly BUT SHEESH! Didn't get my $5 afterall Good luck! AND WALMART is NOT the only one doing $4 prescriptions....and they are higher on other things (I know Zyrtec before it went OTC and whatever the pill is for heartburn (Dh uses it) ....they are higher than Walgreens on BOTH of those although we only pay our copay so it doesn't matter
hoover67 Posted February 7, 2008 Author Posted February 7, 2008 Rite aid offers a 30$ GC for transfer.Do I need a coupon? I assume it does not work for new perscriptions does it. Thanks.Michele
JennyWLS Posted February 7, 2008 Posted February 7, 2008 Last time I went to Walgreens, I got a catalina coupon that was for a $25 gift card for a transfer prescription. Also, if you have a Meijers nearby, they do some free prescriptions for certain antiobiotics.
toebaby Posted February 7, 2008 Posted February 7, 2008 Meijers does free, but I got some g/c coupons from ebay since I seem to have a lot of prescriptions coming in... (car accident
spendthrift-y Posted February 9, 2008 Posted February 9, 2008 Rite Aid has a coupon in their next ad for a $30 gift card with a transferred prescription. They also have this offer online at http://www.riteaid.com/pharmacy/prescription_transfer.jsf If you print this coupon, other stores might accept it for new prescriptions. My CVS has. I've used this coupon twice actually - once for my son's antibiotics and once for myself for my diabetes test strips. Both were new prescriptions and they didn't say a word.
