I placed an order on 12/1 using the stacking codes for the F & F. They finally processed the order last week! I called today to see where my order could be and they said I might not get it here until 12/27. This was ordered for a Christmas gift, that I thought would be here on time. I AM LIVID!!! I called CS and spoke to a mgr and she offered me a $20 item for my "inconvience". This is the longest delay that I've ever had with an online order, anyone else ever had one longer?

LTD Commodities is notorious for that. The first time I ordered from there, it was before Thanksgiving. I received the order January 3rd.

I ordered on the same date with the F&F and received mine yesterday. They also threw in a free Rever-upper.

 

BTW- because of the storms in the mid west last week (that still have impacts), many shipping routes have had to be changed. It is not the fault of the company you ordered from or the shipping company.

I do feel that it is BE's fault as I placed my order on the 1st and they didn't even process it until 12/12 and then they didn't ship until 12/13. I have placed numerous orders online and this has been by far the worst for shipping I've experienced. JMHO

I've had to wait longer with another place, but I was notified within a day of ordering that that would be the case.

 

That is pretty cruddy. I mean, good that they offered the $20, but really - I know you'd rather just get the stuff before Christmas (and in an even MORE timely manner, sheesh!). They should have notified you of the delay within a week at least.

they're also famous for shipping items in as MANY shipments as possible, since they charge by the box, rather than by the weight, cost, etc...

I ordered the same time as everyone else and got mine last week. Everything was fine, only problem they sent one of the wrong brushes, CS was great, told me to keep the one they sent and they would ship out the correct one. I got an email yesterday that it was sent out. So I got a $28 brush for free! :)

I hope that it works out for you. Sorry that you have had a bad experience. I do get spoiled with the on-line retailers that ship the same day or next day. It makes you appreciate the fast shippers, doesn't it?
