Wow, this is not the most user friendly website ... I found a couple of promo codes - but to see whether each worked I had to create new orders.. there was no way (I found) to switch promo codes.... but

gets you half off the regular standard shipping of 4.50 for orders upto to $10 - bringing shipping to 2.25$

So you can get all three sets at 1.99 each shipped for $8.22

 

I did see that there was a free ship code that expired 10/31 - I didn't see the actual code to see if it still worked.
