If any of you still have your order # from your cancelled order at TRU for the Little Tikes Log Cabin, CALL TRU. They have a special code (don't know what it is) that they will enter to give you the playhouse for $74.99, thus honoring your cancelled order. HURRY

You had to have previously placed the order and had them cancel it. You need your previous order number. You can only have them do the code by calling.

no, because the code they gave me had been used, and she had to get another. You have to order it right then and there, online, I guess to prevent duplication. The girl I spoke with knew nothing about the code, but was very helpful and got a supervisor. It took about 45 minutes to do, but was well worth it. I guess my rallies have worked!!

We both ordered the Wednesday before Thanksgving. That was the day TRU called us and gave us the code. I just looked at my confirmation email and the date is November 22nd.

Thanks for the info!! What's funny is that I called them so many times to give them my #, and they never called me to give me the code. I found it on here. Congratulations to you, and I hope I get mine!

The cabin is coming via freight truck, not Fedex or UPS so I'm not expecting it for at least a week or two. When I ordered an 8 in 1 climber from Little Tikes last Christmas it came via freight truck and took almost two weeks.

I wish they would have told me that, it said Standard Ground. A truck can't get down my road! They always get stuck trying to turn back onto the highway! The closer to Christmas the better for me, just can't be after!

I am just now seeing this message!!! Someone please help me! I ordered the log cabin for $75 and it was cancelled. I want to call and get the code - what number did you call???

Ok - I just called and the girl I spoke with didn't know what I was talking about. She told me someone would be in touch with me within 2-3 business days and said there wasn't a manager working today b/c it is Sunday. Is there another number I should try calling? I called 1-800-ToysRUs.

that's who i called. I would call back and see if someone else answered that knew something. When I called, the girl knew nothing, she got her supervisor, who gave her a code, that code had been used, but they got another one. I was on the phone for close to an hour while they tried to get it to work.

 

I can't see how there is no supervisor working at all. I thought at places like that, there had to be a supervisor on every shift or all hell would break loose.

Everytime I have called on a weekend I was told the supervisor would not be in until Monday. I would call back on Monday morning if I were you Tricia, and make sure you have your cancelled order #, they have to have that # in order to get you the code.
