firestone71
I am going to keep my daughter playingwith dolls as long as I can. I don't want her growing up too fast. don't get me wrong she still plays with tons of dolls just not babies very often. i actually purchased the amazing allysen doll for her for christmas. it was jsut a way of leading her away form wanting it! i feel the same about not wanting her to grow up too fast especially in today society. MICKEY3601
I was thinking of getting one for my 5 year old. Thank you everyone for the input. I will definitely NOT be getting one. :) Good thing she only saw it once at the store & is young enough to forget about the doll.
scrappynik
My daughter asked for one. But after all the bad things I've heard about it (here and elsewhere) it's definatly not getting purchased! I can't see paying that much for a doll anyways (and I'm with the majority here---CREEPY!!!) lol

Found a dried out worm in her pants pocket.. when she found out it dried out she was all upset. Thought for sure she was gonna be a tomboy. But she's not. Hope all works out well for the original poster. Those dolls do cost alot of money. Your post probably saved ppl on this board lots of money. Thanks for sharing! Melissa
But Bitty Baby doesn't actually do anything.. Right? No, she doesn't. Sometimes it's nice to have a doll/toy that doesn't require anything but good old-fashioned imagination!
