That's when me and the girls get on the floor and have the phones out with our huge group and make our route of who's going where for what. However, my boss is really good about keeping it on lock down, so its possible it arrives early and he just doesn't tell us. Once he finally starts giving them out to team leads and specialists, he scrawls our names all over them in sharpie in case he finds them laying around somewhere.... he's pretty much nuts.
