Tangogirl Posted October 6, 2006 Posted October 6, 2006 We usually do Wal-Mart or Target first, depending on who's ad is better. One, then the other, then Toys R Us, Joann Fabrics, Kmart, then BB or Circuit City (that's about 11am or noon by then, the craziness will have subsided), then the mall for the rest of that day. Sometimes back to Wal-Mart before heading home!!
Christy Garner Posted October 6, 2006 Posted October 6, 2006 I always go to Walmart first for blitz items and to price match. Then, the Target is in the same shopping center and does not open until 7 so I am finished and in line at Target before 7. Then, we go to Best Buy or wherever.
cleverbffool Posted October 6, 2006 Posted October 6, 2006 We usually start at Circuit City. Then we hit the mall right next to it. Eventually make it around to Wal-Mart for the all day sales. No way I'd go there first!! Then we hit stores like Wal-Greens, Radio Shack, Target, etc.I follow almost the exact same plan. ~*~Jess~*~
peachysquirt21 Posted October 6, 2006 Posted October 6, 2006 I so hope there wont be anything I want at Walmart this year. I had my fill of that store last year. I pretty much stick to Walmart if need be, Target, Shopko, Kohl's & the mall.
abentley Posted October 12, 2006 Posted October 12, 2006 I am getting a little crazy here. I need to sit down , make the list of the things I need, then the list of things that I want to buy. I just wake up every morning thinking "today will be the day that an ad is out"!! Hmmmm. I'll make my lists tonight over a nice drink, and at least be one day closer!!

krissy72 Posted October 12, 2006 Posted October 12, 2006 This is what I do to pass the time- hit REFRESH a hundred times a day to see if they are up yet. Pretty pathetic right?
Spotted1 Posted October 12, 2006 Posted October 12, 2006 I'm creating massive wishlists of things I hope are going to be BF items.
Edgemonster Posted October 12, 2006 Posted October 12, 2006 Lists are made...nothing left to do but haunt this site!

shopping mom Posted October 12, 2006 Posted October 12, 2006 I am going through shopping withdrawl. Now that I am working I just don't have time. UGH!! At least I have off Black Friday.
cre8kos4u Posted October 12, 2006 Posted October 12, 2006 Trying to get my lists together and organized. Also trying to save as much money as possible.
cherry33778 Posted October 12, 2006 Posted October 12, 2006 You mean besides hitting refresh a milion times, , I usually im new people, it helps the time past.
pogiporkchop Posted October 12, 2006 Posted October 12, 2006 My plans are to get organized and, by Turkey Day, have the kids' lists narrowed down. I won't try to have a fixed list for shopping because there's always something else that's just too good of a deal to pass up. I will, however, need to have a list of people to shop for especially if I end up sending a package to my husband's family overseas.
pumpkin255violet Posted October 13, 2006 Posted October 13, 2006 Its almost always TRU for me.. Although if someone had a killer no rebate deal on a decent laptop I could go for that this year as well
