StephanieD
I'm curious, how many Christmas cards do you send out a year? Do you make your own cards? How soon do you get them in the mail? How many cards do you receive each year? I'm sending about 30-40 cards this year. I usually buy, but I thought I'd try homemade this year. It's a slow tedious process for me...I should have started earlier. LOL I'm hoping to get them mailed the weekend after Thanksgiving or the first week of December at the latest. I don't receive half as many cards as I send. I don't mind though b/c I just like to send cards. I usually get about 10 a year.
Aaron
I use Snapfish.com and have the cards printed with a picture of our family on it. http://images1.snapfish.com/347%3C35233%7Ffp336%3Enu%3D3267%3E5%3A2%3E%3B%3A5%3EWSNRCG%3D32333576%3B698%3Bnu0mrj
misshayley
I typically send about 20-30 cards, and I just send cards that I have bought the previous year. Last year I put a family newsletter in it, and I will probably do that this year too. Also we are planning on having a family picture taken so I will include that as well. Aaron
I would recommend Snapfish, or Winkflash (if they offer cards), around the holiday season you should be able to get a discount code for either site.

Bunniq
In the past we have sent maybe 50 to friends, co-workers etc. This year we are cutting back gifts for extended family, we are going to send them cards with two handmade bookmarks, and information on a donation we are making in honor of our family. This year looking at over 100.

Dizzy Devil
I buy cards the day after Christmas and send out about 65-70 cards with a family picture. I'm not big on the "newsletter" thing, but to each his own...
ssf
I send out about 50 cards each year. We probably only get about 25-30 cards back. This year we are doing the family picture card ,(the Wal-Mart up here has a pretty quick turnaround for these). I might take a tally of who sends us cards this year and only send to those next year.. Guest JustMeDiana
I always run out of time when it gets close to Christmas. I have not sent out Christmas cards in several years. I would like to this year. I wonted to have them addressed by now. I do a lot of Christmas shopping through out the year. I find great deals, sales, clearance, markdowns. You would think I would have time to send out cards!!!

You would think I would have time to send out cards!!! I'm usually pretty good about mailing cards, but this past Christmas I didn't. I actually bought and addressed the cards, but just never put stamps on them. I probably would've just used those cards for this year, but I always write the year on the card when I sign them. So, I'm making them now...I don't plan on letting these sit with no stamps. I've worked too hard!
carheel
it depends on if i am doing a card swap. last year i sent out about 60 cards, one to family member maybe 10 to friends and the rest to swap pals. i just noticed there was a sign up for the christmas card swap, so i just signed up for that.:)
