Lowe’s has $10 off on 36-count packs.  I believe that brings them down to about $10 per package.

60 count and 36 count Rayovacs are both on sale on Lowe’s website

Best place to buy batteries is Harbor Freight.  They have sales throughout the year - 24/36 batteries for $3.99 or something ridiculous like that, not sure if they have a sale right now, but worth checking out if you have one near you.

I usually just buy my batteries at Sam’s. I just like the big quantity so I don’t have to worry about it.
