Santa told me that if you want to go ahead and open the box, everything inside is wrapped :).

My shopping for my SS is well under way. Should be able to wrap things up (literally and figuratively) by the end of the weekend. Yay!

My oe is done and will be shipped soon. I really wanted to find one more specific thing for my ss but I couldn’t find it today. Will check another close by store and hopefully that will be shipped out soon too.

OE is done and shipped. My SS will be a little different this year. I am going to make it work the bet way I can. This was the first year in 20 years I did not physically go out for BF shopping . I was changing my daughters tire on the side of the highway on Monday and a car hit her car and then her car hit me and through me into the barrier. I am so thankful to be alive. Cant walk to well at the moment and in a good bit of pain but God kept me so I am so thankful. A lot of people have not survived something like this so I feel blessed. I did some shopping online (not all that fun ) and you cant get all the doorbusters on line. So I am going to have to trust shipping a lot this year. So, my SS has to wait for the items to be delivered to me and I will get them packed up and shipped back out. My DW is going to pick up a few things locally for me too, but I plan on having everything shipped by end of week as long as everything showing up on time.

Oh my goodness! I hope you’re feeling better and that everything is being taken care of as far as your daughter’s car. People just need to pay attention when driving. So many senseless accidents happen because they don’t pay attention.

So thankful you're ok everything considered. That's my biggest fear just generally stopping on a highway. I don't know if it's a Florida thing or nationwide but we have a "Move Over" law and nobody follows it (and it makes my blood boil to see). All those unnecessary ppl clogging the left lane make it impossible sometimes even when you try to abide.

I received my OE Package and love everything! The ornaments are so cute and the starbursts are a much appreciated sweet treat. There was no name attached so I'm not sure who sent it but thank you so much!

Glad you weren't hurt worse. That was always my fear when my husband was a tow truck driver. People just don't pay enough attention.

I do believe that my Secret Santa package(s) arrived the other day. I was out of town but my sister was home to retrieve them from

the front porch.  I’m going to wait to open until my birthday in a few days.

Hello everyone,

 

Thank you for the warm wishes. I am just takin it one day at a time. Hate to feel like a burden on anyone but I have a wonderful family and friend group that has really been there for me. I feel blessed. I have received my SS and OE gift. Thank you so much. I will not open my SS until Christmas and I always open my OE gift while watching Home Alone 2 ( when Kevin is in Duncans Toy Store and get the two turtle doves). So I will be opening that tonight. I cant wait.

I have heard from everyone that their packages have shipped or will be shipped soon.  Now, hopefully USPS, UPS, and FedEx do their jobs correctly and there are no porch pirate issues this year!
