Nope, they do not. It's best to call your local store and ask, but 95% of them I'd say do not. If they do, it's technically against policy but a manager may do it (not likely).

A lot of times, the store that is advertising an incredible deal, is getting an incredible deal. Those that price match may lose a great deal of money on it and in the long run, can be the wrong choice.

No Targets (that I know of) have layaway either.

A girl I know asked a manager a new Target if they had layaway, his reply was no, they didn't want to attract "that kind" of customer.
