What's something you buy or rebuy every Black Friday?

I buy my husband's work boots every Black Friday because it's the best price I can find for them.  Definitely not a "fun" gift but necessary.  Do you have anything you buy every year?

I know this isn't a 'gift', but every year Meijer has ran a great deal on 2 liters of pop. We have always bought a bunch for all those Christmas parties and New Years Eve. That is usually what I would take to parties too. I also would buy their flour and sugar and really stock up on them for all my winter baking.

Every year I buy a 12 month Xbox live card for son #2, an Amazon gift card for son #1, and usually an iTunes gift card for daughter in law (this year I'm switching that up and getting her Ulta).  They get several gifts each, but those are the constants :).

Then, I also get a couple memory foam rugs at Walmart every year. They don't clean up well, so I consider them disposable, LOL (not great for the environment, I know).  And Dollar General always has a good deal on Dr. Pepper, so I stock up on that.

OH, and batteries.  From wherever has the best price, but it's usually Lowes.

Kohl’s throws... (Too obvious??? [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23])

In all seriousness, cat litter. Usually the best deals I get all year on it so I try to buy a full year’s worth. Not “fun” but absolutely necessary.

I usually buy kohls throws every year, but this year I am making blankets for everyone, plus I dont really love any of the designs that are out so far. I may buy a few to donate.

I used to always buy kitty litter from Petsmart, but last year they raised the price, and I just didn't feel like going out. I probably won't go this year either.

I used to ways get wrapping paper, clothes detergent, toilet paper, iTunes cards, and a few other things from Walgreens, but they cut back on a lot of their sales.

I do always get batteries from Home Depot, and mama buys us all poinsettias while we are there.

I bought batteries last week from Best Buy during their non-black Friday sale, so I may not be buying any of the usual this year. But that's okay. I feel like we have all the things anyway.

Kohls’s throws for sure.  I almost always buy myself one and buy extra to put in my gifts for our Senior Tree program.  I already bought myself one (Baby Yoda) for fear I wouldn’t find it in stock during the BF sale.  I’m not sure we will have the Senior Tree tags this year due to the ongoing COVID mess so still undecided about buying extra.  Hopefully we will know something before the sale.

I also always buy bras from Kohl’s.  (Sorry guys for the TMI :). )

Movies and TV seasons are also always on my list.

Kohl's throws - but I think I am good for this year as I bought a bunch back in January and put them away for gifts - and today got 2 free with my Kohl's Cash.

I usually buy PJs for the whole family, stocking stuffers, a box of chocolates for my mom, household items, wrapping paper, boxes, bows, ribbons, and tissue paper.

If people have thought ahead and sent me their wish lists and I can find good deals - I usually knock those out as well.

I also take advantage of the kohl’s bra sale, it’s hard to beat their BF prices especially if you have a coupon code you can use on top of the sale price.

I also tend to get new sheets and poinsettias. If my brand of dog food is on sale I’ll grab that too.

Wow, looking back at my post I feel super boring.

I shared a FB post years ago and it came up again recently about an Icelandic tradition of books and chocolate for Christmas Eve. Might just combine ideas and throw in a blanket and a gift card for something else this year. It's harder to pick out cute outfits the kids will enjoy as they get older. Gotta try and think what books the kids might enjoy.

We always get Poinsettia's, dvd's or blurays as gifts, usually get free batteries from Office Depot (or wherever), and every couple of years I pick up a new mattress topper.

I usually pick up a cheap tv every year. Think I may get the $88 this year. I also usually stock up on keurig k-cups and use the kohl’s cash for Christmas shopping. Yeah lol I always buy some kohl’s lil throw blankets. Love the Star Wars ones last year! I usually pickup a cheap older model iPhone every year too just in case since I don’t buy insurance on my phones.

Nothing! What is wrong with me?  My lists are so random from year to year and I have never purchased a Kohl's throw!! I am feeling like I might have been living life wrong so far!

Well, living life without a Kohl’s throw (or 6) is pretty wrong.   :):):)

*just kidding of course.  They really are great though.  Going to pick up 3 today that I ordered already.  :)

I always stock up on AA and AAA batteries at Menards.  Same with their pet pillows and candles.

I have no idea how BF will work at Menards this year, but I am already bummed about it.  Stupid Covid!
