Called customer service and they were great. They are replacing my missing blanket and it's due by 12/4. They sent me a new tracking numbertoo. That’s awesome that they let you keep the Kohl’s cash if they cancel. I’ll talk to my husband to see if he wants to order through Best Buy, we can always return it if needed. So glad my order wasn’t cancelled and that I found out before I purchased the item from a second retailer as a back up plan.
