Called customer service and they were great. They are replacing my missing blanket and it's due by 12/4. They sent me a new tracking numbertoo. Kept apologizing and thanking me for shopping with them. I always appreciate good customer service. 2

That’s awesome that they let you keep the Kohl’s cash if they cancel. I’ll talk to my husband to see if he wants to order through Best Buy, we can always return it if needed. Thanks for the info! 1

So glad my order wasn’t cancelled and that I found out before I purchased the item from a second retailer as a back up plan. Now to spend my Kohl’s cash while they still have deals on Nike and other athletic brands.
