Bopeep Posted October 9, 2017 Posted October 9, 2017 I've tried their new unmanned kiosk for picking up site to store purchases, and it did not go smoothly. I'd be a little skeptical of this. Hopefully it works well, though. 1
HanShotFirst Posted October 9, 2017 Posted October 9, 2017 Interesting. The lines here are horrible. Of course, things would be better if the money order and bill pay business had its own area. I nearly always end up in a line behind someone paying bills or buying multiple money orders. I'm glad Walmart provides these services for the people that need them but keep the returns area and that area separate and I wouldn't mind standing in a line for returns only. 2

It is ridiculous to have customers wait 30 min behind someone sending money. It just is not efficient. I love this return system idea. Maybe it will speed up the process.

Doresia Posted October 19, 2017 Posted October 19, 2017 Sounds good in theory. Hope it goes well in reality. I've gone to the kiosk for site to store purchases a couple of times and it was easy and quick. It was only for one item at a time though, so larger orders may be different.
