Bopeep Posted October 28, 2016 Posted October 28, 2016 We always have a couple DG items on our lists, but we usually end up not making it there. I see a few things that will at least make the list again this year. **I can't help but laugh at the items that are "buy one get one free", they have a disclaimer that says "Must purchase 2 to get discount price". lol 5
bluebear Posted October 28, 2016 Posted October 28, 2016 Hooray, the first things added to my exciting list this year!Pepsi, earbuds, and detergent! 4
tyreejames Posted October 29, 2016 Posted October 29, 2016 The buy one, get one Star Shower is a decent deal if they're going for the usual $39.99. 1
Mimito1 Posted October 29, 2016 Posted October 29, 2016 Definitely putting DG on my store list. X Box live 3 month card 1/2 off and toys, if there is anything decent for my granddaughter.
gatorburg Posted October 29, 2016 Posted October 29, 2016 that smart watch you can ebay cheaper. and it is a china knock off
tracy0504 Posted October 29, 2016 Posted October 29, 2016 Ok, DG makes the cut again this year...XBox Live cards, earbuds, soda, dog food, Scott Tissue... Sent from my SM-G930V using GottaDeal mobile app
Coastiwife Posted October 29, 2016 Posted October 29, 2016 The Pepsi products,Scott tissue, gift cards and m&m's for my baking might just make A trip toDG worth it. Will have to see if Walgreens,Kmart or Walmart have better deals.

mcwalker Posted October 30, 2016 Posted October 30, 2016 Dr. Pepper ($2.50 12-pack of cans) and the 20% off dining gift card packs for me. Discounted gift cards are great not only as gifts, but to use for yourself. 1
Kanyon71 Posted October 31, 2016 Posted October 31, 2016 Couple of things in the ad we may try and pick up
stewarta4 Posted November 7, 2016 Posted November 7, 2016 I will probably be picking up about 20 boxes of the clear $1 lights.

diana03 Posted November 21, 2016 Posted November 21, 2016 My first time going to Dollar General on Thanksgiving. Do they usually have people waiting when doors open. Hope to get in and out of the store quick
MariahA Posted November 22, 2016 Posted November 22, 2016 I go every year, usually just me and a neighbor waiting when the door opens. Helps to go to the store the day before and find what you're after, they don't do special displays usually. I get there 15 minutes early usually.
diana03 Posted November 22, 2016 Posted November 22, 2016 (edited) Ok. Thank you for the info. Glad I don't have to try and get there too early. We have to get to Meijer also Edited November 22, 2016 by diana03
elena_398 Posted November 24, 2016 Posted November 24, 2016 Was at Dollar General at 6:45 am. By 7 am doors opened. My daughter and I the only ones in the store! Bought 12 bags of Beggin Strips that were buy one bag get one free. Used $2/2 coupons and $1.50/2 coupons. Cheap treats for my dogs! Also picked up some Dr. Pepper 12 packs that were 2/$5
