shoptillidrop2 Posted December 3, 2014 Posted December 3, 2014 (edited) I had found some stuff online I wanted to purchase with my Kohls cash after BF, but now because of BF it's gone. Wondering if they'll restock before the Kohls cash expires or if I need to change my plan. Edited December 3, 2014 by shoptillidrop2
hack2222 Posted December 3, 2014 Posted December 3, 2014 Black Friday prices are gone, chances are if they are out of it, they are out until next year.
tinkrbel Posted December 3, 2014 Posted December 3, 2014 Or try in store and see if there's stock available there?
shoptillidrop2 Posted December 4, 2014 Author Posted December 4, 2014 Not after the black friday prices, just items Kohls "sells" on their website that they are out of due to black friday. I was hoping they would restock before the 8th.
wendygrace Posted December 4, 2014 Posted December 4, 2014 I found items out of stuck plentiful in store. Sadly, prices are not the same. Finding that I'm having trouble figuring out what to buy with my kohls cash.
bribri25 Posted December 4, 2014 Posted December 4, 2014 Yeah, the $25 minimum for free shipping is difficult to obtain after using all the KC
kutty77 Posted December 6, 2014 Posted December 6, 2014 I went to kohl's yesterday and purchased 2 $19.99 items and $5.00 item. I had $30.00 in kohl's cash and $5.00 rewards money to spend. I also had a 20% off coupon for the order. So I'm thinking that the $19.99 items will go to $15.99 each and my $5.00 item $4.00. So with all my kohl's cash and rewards before taxes would cost me about $1.00. But at kohl's they use the price after the kohl's cash and rewards to apply the 20% so I only save $1.26. Which is not right. Because you earned those rewards and they should be used like a gift card. So my total went from like a $1.00 to $7.00 which is still good but I think they way they do it is wrong. Am I right? Or is that the way?
Tara3117 Posted December 6, 2014 Posted December 6, 2014 No, that's how they do it. Kohl's Cash is essentially a coupon for $10 off a $10 purchase (or in your case $35). They always take the $ coupon off before any % coupons. That policy is pretty clearly stated on the Kohl's Cash itself.

If you read the fine print it will say exactly how the coupons are applied. Even if you give them the percent off first, then the cash, it will auto adjust in their system.
bluebear Posted December 6, 2014 Posted December 6, 2014 Yeah, I've had that mess me up before. Thanks for the reminder, though, I had forgotten, and was planning a purchase with my $100KC. I need to rethink it now... I can get it cheaper elsewhere, and use the KC for something else.
bribri25 Posted December 7, 2014 Posted December 7, 2014 Yeah, and the worst is when you shop on line that your post-KC subtotal needs to be over the minimum $25 for Free Shipping.
