shopping4my3son
We've always done a mix of everything on our Christmas tree. I've been looking at pinterest and see lots of ideas for themed trees and see some cute ideas. I'm thinking of doing that this year. If I had a white tree I'd love to do the snowman one. http://cdn.diycozyhome.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/12/white-christmas-tree-snowman.jpg

floridasun5
What an adorable tree! Even if I had a white tree, I don't think I ever would have thought of that. Super cute!! My tree is beach themed. Silver, clear and aqua blue balls and decorations, white bleached starfish, and blue ribbon cascading down the tree. Of course I'm debating whether I even want to put up a tree this year. Just not in the Christmas spirit.
speeddiva
DH does 9 trees. The main one has all the ornaments the kids have made over the years. Dining room is a hockey theme, Kitchen tree is tractors to match the kitchen decor, Bathroom is rubber ducks, Family room tree is music & the tree on the stair landing has nutcrackers.
bluebear
The snowman tree is great! Mama has a white tree, I sent her the picture, maybe for next year... My tree is gingerbread and candy. And that theme carries over to the rest of the house, with some trains interspersed. Mama's tree is white, with blue snowmen. Again, her whole house decor is blue and white snowmen. My son went to his friend's house yesterday. Nosy me asked if their tree was up yet. Yes, 3 of them. One is a motion activated bird theme, that tweets when you walk by. Apparently they have it in the kitchen, that you walk through to get to other parts of the house...
Megara211
Yes, depending on what I choose to use that year, my two choices for our tree(s) (had three now I on have two 6' plus my little table top tree. I don't always put them all up.), are blue and silver (old family tradition on my moms side), red and white (peppermint), kiddie (lots of colors, plus all my old Disney, and toy ornaments), candy land (lots of color and candy/sweets themed ornaments), & Victorian (dark/rich colors, beaded garland, ribbons, and old/handmade ornaments). Also depending on how much I want to put up, I also have two nativitys, a Christmas village, two wreaths, and my nutcracker collection.
mrsjackrabbit
We are doing a country/ old fashioned theme. Real tree, white lights, burlap garland, gold star and majority of the ornaments are ones the kids have made. I also have wrapped all the gifts in brown paper and used red, green, gold ribbon. We just put up the tree today and the kids (11 & 13) love it!!
Bopeep
That snowman is super cute! My tree has always been western themed. Until last year, every ornament on my tree was somehow cowboy related. I'm trying to move away from that though, so I'm adding more ornaments of all kinds.

Elmck
OK I am officially jealous of all the trees. I did put one in DDs room but DH does not want one and because he's home all the time and I'm not so I don't fight it. I will go to my moms on the 19th and stay till the 27th and enjoy her Christmas tree. DD is collecting Disney ornaments and she shares her tree with my mouse ornaments too.
