stacya Posted November 15, 2014 Share Posted November 15, 2014 Yes, Target used to do it, but they've stopped in the past three or four years or so, and even before then, it was becoming more and more difficult to get them to do it, even though people were bringing copies of emails received from corporate that said that the store would honor the adjusted price. I almost got burned one year, played the corporate card, got the adjustment, but the manager was PISSED...never attempted it again, because it was too close for comfort... 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Bought the only one of a Blueray player in the small town store on Wednesday, talked to the manager, and came back with the receipt later during the Doorbuster hours on Friday to get the price adjustment. It allowed me to get the only one of that item in the store and to hit other stores first, then come back to Sears later (but during the Doorbuster hours) to get the refund.
