Target's coupons requires one to instal a program on one's computer and then print it from there. I do not have a printer at home and it does not allow one to print it to a PDF file. I can now get caught up with my photos!!! You have to install a coupon printing program to print most coupons from your computer (coupons.com, smartsource, redplum...), that's not unusual.
