Great Dane Mom Posted December 23, 2005 Author Posted December 23, 2005 Showing sold out now, but keep checking, maybe they'll find some more.
ohio_gal1959 Posted December 24, 2005 Posted December 24, 2005 I had called 3 times to get my price adjustment. The first 2 times they couldnt do it because the system was updating, then I just called again, and when they went to the tree, it was no longer available, and at first she wasnt going to give me my adjusted price. I explained I had talked to 2 other customer service reps, and they told me no problem, call back when the system was finished updating. The 2nd service rep said that you can price adjust up to 30 days. As far as the 3rd rep....it has to be shown online for the lower price. Anyways..all in all, I got my 10 bucks diff back. Right now, the tree is showing unavailable.
d56nut Posted December 24, 2005 Posted December 24, 2005 Woooo hoooo!!! I got to order one! How can ya go wrong for 39.99!!!??? I kept trying to decide whether to get this when it was 49.99. kamilleon Posted December 24, 2005 Posted December 24, 2005 WooHoo! Got an email today that I am being credited $10.00 so the tree that is standing in my living room only cost me $39.99!!!! Thank you for writing to Amazon.com. The discounts we offer for items on our web site do vary from time to time. I've checked your order, and found that we now offer a greater discount on "Thomas Pacconi 7.5-Foot Prelit Christmas Tree Featuring 1200 Lights And Remote Control" than at the time you placed your order. Since this item was shipped so recently, I have requested a refund of $10.00 to your credit card. This amount reflects the difference between the price you were charged and the discounted price. The refund should be processed in the next few days and will appear as a credit on your next billing statement. You may view returns and refunds by clicking the "Your Account" link at the top of our web site, then clicking "Go!" next to "open and recently shipped orders." Completed refunds will appear at the bottom of an individual order's summary page. I hope this solution is satisfactory. Thank you for shopping at Amazon.com--we hope you will visit us again soon.
