anyone ever have an online order on black friday not show up?

i am wondering/hoping it is that they are very busy.

i placed an online order on black friday at kohls... i waited ,and my kohls cash didnt come in the email... so i did other things

looked again at about 1 am... only to find i still did not get a email about this order or the kohls cash..

sooo..... i look in my order history and it isnt there!! :bs:

at this point the items have all gone up in price! i am still hoping that it will show up Monday when they are there...i did however contact the online customer service...waiting for the reply,

  do you guys think my order will show eventually?

I'd say it doesn't look good.  You should have gotten a confirmation email right after placing it.  If you never got the order confirmation email, it probably didn't process for one reason or another.

Agree, and Kohls.com customer service is awful. Outsourced foreign CSRs reading off a script. I battled with them a month or so ago about an order, finally got it resolved after it escalated all the way to corporate. Good luck.

Email customer service. There system isn't perfect. There have been times that I didn't get my Kohls Cash and they just re-emailed it to me. Good luck!

If it's not even showing in your order history, I would say there was some glitch or something and your order never went through.  Is there any money taken out on your card? What a bummer, I hope you can get something figured out for it. Good luck!

Im to say but I think your order never went through.  I got all my orders from Kohls  (had to place a couple).

I placed a order with sears 10 days go.Got ship notice and everything.well i just got a check in the mail for a refund.no call no email nothing.lol oh well


Ohhh another day another deal!!!

We ordered from Wal Mart, Target, Amazon, Toy's R Us and everything has arrived. If you got no emails or anything it sounds like your order never actually made it into the system.

I did online from Dicks Sporting goods, old navy, things remembered, office depot, victorias secret, ...I just got the last of my orders yesterday & I had to get them from the post office. We've had really bad weather here in IL & it just got delayed when the roads were too bad to drive. I would definitely call them.

I placed one order from Kohls on 11/28 and have not received anything yet.  However, I did receive an email saying my order was received.  Probably won't order from them online again.  I ordered from several other retailers around the same time or later and have received all those items.

My Groupon order placed Before Black Friday just got here... Kohl's hasn't even sent me a ship notice yet - NOT very happy with them... some Walmart items have trickled in but am still waiting on a few - no ship notice yet on those, either... I guess I am spoiled with Amazon Prime - but even a few of those took longer than the 2 days to arrive... The bad part is - I am STILL placing orders! ;)  Guess I'll be wrapping things on Christmas Eve - LOL! ;)

This year was great for me! I didn't et 'cancelled' and all of my packages arrived(last year I had SEVEN packages that did NOT arrive at my mailbox)!

My jcp.com order only partically came. They backordered part of it and then cancelled it.  I had to call the store to even find the part they did ship.  Not very happy with them right now.

I have had pretty good luck overall, this year and past.  I am still having an issue with one item that was ommitted from a Lowes.com order, but they are supposedly sending it soon.

 

1Sale notified me that the Ninja blender I recently ordered (a Gottadeal daily deals listing on 12/9) should have indicated that it is factory refurbished and asked if I wanted to cancel the order.  I asked them for some clarification last night rather than cancelling out right, but have not heard back yet.

Kohl's is doing a terrible job! I am waiting on half of a large order. I spent 30 minutes on the phone with them today and no real promises of delivery. I will not do holiday shopping with them again!!

I didn't order this on BF but I am still waiting on an order from Amazon. It was supposed to be here last WEDS with 2 day Prime shipping.

I have an email in to them but seriously,6 days (at least) for a Prime order???

 

ETA: I heard from Amazon and they acknowledge that my item was lost. They are sending a replacement immediately. I think what I take away from this is that if your package doesn't arrive within the time frame,don't waste time: contact the company.

I truly hope all of you waiting on important packages to arrive get them in time!

FINALLY got my Kohl's order in - although it came in several shipments (all the stores seem to be doing that this year - makes it harder to keep up with the orders for me...) - but now I am having trouble with shipment delays on my Thinkgeek order - I think the problem is more with UPS and the weather up north than the company - but I am so tired of check and seeing it moved later and later! I want to get all this darn wrapping OVER and DONE WITH!

I was waiting on one more package from Kohls, they split all my orders up and the last item I was waiting on was a pack of Animal Planet dog toys.  Well today I finally had a Kohls box waiting on my front porch, but instead of the dog toys they sent me....a rolling pin. Umm? I took it back to the store and the lady laughed and said they've had quite a few mix-ups come in over the past week.  What's going on at the warehouses? Lol.  Anyway, they were all out of my dog toys so I got a dog blanket instead.  Kinda bummed because the toys were cute, but at least it was a present for a dog and not a human.  He'll never know.

I placed an order at Macy's 12/3 during Friends & Family. Shipping notification was sent 12/11; I checked over the weekend and it said UPS hadn't picked it up yet. Since I'm in NJ and we've had all types of weather lately I gave it another day or so. Checked today and same thing. Called Macy's only to be told that it is still in the warehouse and they have no idea why it hasn't been sent out yet. They put a call in to the warehouse and said they will make sure it's sent expedited...I'm not getting my hopes up.

Placed an order at Target and ordered 2 of the same item. Shipment comes today and of course they only sent 1; they can send the item but I won't have it by Christmas and they won't expedite to make it right with the customer (way to go). I've been to 2 different Targets tonight and of course it's out of stock. Keeping my fingers crossed that it will be restocked by Sunday.

Update: I finally received the missing item from Lowes on Dec. 20.

 

Not sure what is going on with the Ninja blender from 1Sale.  Rather poor communication.

It's also never a good idea to email amazon. I got that straight from their website. It's best to do a call me. THey call you before you finish dialing , within a second and you get a live person who helps you instantly. No waiting on computer generated emails.

I think all of mine have made it... one of my Prime Amazon DVDs was late - I emailed them and they extended my Prime for a month for the inconvenience - that to me is great customer service! :) DVD showed up the next day = very happy shopper. :)

I'd ordered from them before and although the shipping was slow,the product was outstanding and the price was great. That's why I ordered again but even though they gave me a credit for the shipping delay,I will be very hesitant to order from them again.

 

Yeah I posted in that curling iron thread and that "switcheroo" is inexcusable! That is gross and disgusting and no way to run a business.
