Lindaz
I have purchased 2 Kodak cameras that I got good deals on. I have never purchased a digital camera before. I bought the Kodak Easyshare Z760 at Walmart for $199 and the Koday Easyshare C340 bundle at Circuit City for $269 with a free case. The problem is I don't know which one to keep. The Z760 is 6 mp and the C340 is 5 mp. The Z760 comes with a docking station and the C340 comes with a printer docking station. The Z760 uses an ion battery and the C340 uses AA batteries. The Z760 has a 2.2 lcd screen and the C340 has a 1.6 lcd screen. I personally like Z760, but then I would have to purchase a printer. Can anyone give me some advice? stacimarie
I have the Kodak Easyshare, but it is just 3.2 mp. I love it. It takes extremely good pictures. If you don't have software to print your pictures from your computer, I would either get that, or go for the printer. They work extremely well. biomajor
I'd keep the Z760. You can print out the photos you want for only 22 cents at walgreens or wal mart or sam's or somewhere. Sometimes even cheaper when they are on sale. It's cheaper than the printer ink and paper for the printers :-)
nick_jenni_jocelyn
I also would keep the z760. I bought my kodak last year at walmart on BF. I love it. I didnt care if i had the printer or not. I use the kodak website to order my pics and they are great quality. Like someone else said, you can print them off at walmart, walgreens, sams club. congrats on your new camera! Sande Hector
Take them both back and get the Kodak Easyshare P850. What a camera! Its very easy for the beginner( which I am) and you can grow into it. You can add flash and lens for when you become more experienced. Its worth the money because you won't have to go buy a new camera once you know what you are doing.
dealdiva
I also have the easy share camera only. I didn't want the docking station because I take my flash card to walmart and get prints for .19 each. Your average home printer costs over .30 each to print. I never think the quality is as good as going through the one-hour either. The colors always seem off. It is my first digital camera and I love it. It is very easy to use. I love it. scrappynik
I'd keep the Z760.....those Li batteries last such a long time!! With my older Kodak digital, I was always either buying batteries or charging the AA's up only to last an hour or so.

susiestar
have any of you had a camera for more than 1-2 years? How do these Kodak's hold up? Everyone I know who has had a Kodak camera (digital or film) has had them break easily and malfunction. Is this just people I know, or Kodak in general? I have an Olympus that I love. poydie
You are better off keeping the Z760. It's a great camera and since it takes the Li-Ion battery, you won't be constantly buying new batteries. When looking for a digital camera, no matter the make or model, always consider the batteries it takes. I've got two digital cameras, a SONY and a Kodak, and they've both got the rechargeable lithium-ion batteries. I've never run out of battery power. Just make sure you have a backup in those circumstances where you will be using your camera at long intervals of time and you'll always be prepared. mojaxs34
i have the kodak z760. you might want to check the docking station. the plastic part on the z760 comes off.. and i think it can go on to the kodak printer that you have for the other digital kodak. i love my kodak z760.
