This is my biggest fear with the new hours. There are so many women who have woken up early, spent all day cooking and cleaning, and will try to pull an all nighter when they haven't been up past 10 in years. I'm a night owl and I was too exhausted to trust myself last year, so we skipped the overnight. Thousands of us run a 5K that morning, we had three dinners, and our annual hike to my great grandparents old place. If I was that tired, I didn't trust anyone else that was more so than I!Saw this yesterday and thought I'd post a safety reminder. Not only do crazy shoppers kill/injure so do sleepy people.

I'm thankful I have never had to drive on BF. Aside from the lack of sleep people completely disregard trafic signals here and the city doesn't care enough (or have enough staff?) to "waste" cops time with keeping an eye on busy intersections. I'm really looking forward to hopefully being able to get all my stuff done online this year. This is my biggest fear with the new hours.

I'm in the market too. I hope I can hold out until BF 2013 (though last year I didn't see to many deals on sets).I wish I could have found some true BF washer/dryer prices this past weekend. ugh ..

don't mock cassette tapes.....my mom still swears I'm going to convert some of her old latin music. I should really just get her cd's and a radio with a cd player so she can listen to them and let go of that heavy old box taking up space. An mp3 player would be way too complicated for her.....she can't even find ALL the pictures safely saved in a FOLDER called pictures on the desktop no matter how many time I remind her.
new cell phones and dslr's..maybe a baby toy or two on BF list....MUST stop buying blurays!
Adorama via EBay has been running some amazing nikon dslr kit deals. I picked up a d3100 for $280 last week, they ran a d5100 for $395 a couple of days ago, and a d3200 kit for $405 today.

thanks...I'm looking to stick to canon but will definitely have a look. BB has a good deal on the 60d and with 18mth financing it doesn't hurt just not sure if I want to bite the bullet yet. Looking over discounts last BF they weren't much better except maybe 1 deal with a nice lens than I have now but don't really need that.

Check this out. http://www.adorama.c...rce=rflaid62905
Add it to your cart and it drops to $599. There's a spot on the link that says 'save up to $300 with bundle'. The total is $878 + a $400 rebate, leaving the whole set just $478 after rewards and rebate.

Bit the bullet and then emailed them with order# to ensure they hold off on FULL order before mailing stuff. It's pointless to get printer and then not camera before rebate deadline.
I hope it works out! It was all in stock when I first saw it yesterday.
