I bought a netbook for DD a few years ago and she rarely uses it. I use it and want to throw it at the wall on a daily basis. First of all, it is hard to type on. Second of all, the processor is extremely weak. If you open up more than 2 web pages at a time, it will freeze. It freezes on a daily basis doing routine tasks that you would have no problem doing with a laptop, e.g., hibernation. When I tried to look up the problem on the internet, I discovered that this is a common problem with even the best netbooks. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
