kalle1212 Posted November 19, 2005 Posted November 19, 2005 Even though I don't bring my kids with me on bf I make sure to bring the stroller since most carts are inuse and if you go to the mall there is no way to carry everything any other way.
lindabacker Posted November 19, 2005 Posted November 19, 2005 I plan on taking my son's stroller so I will have a place to sit while waiting in line for the store to open, then I will use it to cart around my stuff.
laura8773 Posted November 19, 2005 Posted November 19, 2005 I never thought of doing that. Thank you for the tip. Definitely gonna do that this year.
gisellerol Posted November 19, 2005 Posted November 19, 2005 i dont have any babies i guess i will have to borrow one great idea
acogs Posted November 19, 2005 Posted November 19, 2005 I have done that also...brought the stroller without my daughter. It works good.
aeraen Posted November 19, 2005 Posted November 19, 2005 Leaving the rest of the shoppers to wonder just exactly where did you leave the baby!
eve Posted November 19, 2005 Posted November 19, 2005 Leaving the rest of the shoppers to wonder just exactly where did you leave the baby! lmao
bayhaysay Posted November 19, 2005 Posted November 19, 2005 I don't knowif I'll carry a stroller or not (though it is a good idea) but I will carry a large mesh tote. In our mall the stores are so crammed with merchandise it would be hard to handle a stroller on BF. I'll carry the tote because for some reason alot of stores in our mall don't have bags with handles. How stupid is that?
ebony0421 Posted November 19, 2005 Posted November 19, 2005 I never thought of using a stroller. It seems like you would be able to manuever it better than a shopping cart and there not be any shopping carts available.
Guest all2tired Posted November 19, 2005 Posted November 19, 2005 That's an excellent idea. I won't be able to fit a bike in it though. LOL Actually I wind up being close enough to the front of the line that I'm able to get a cart.
Popo Posted November 19, 2005 Posted November 19, 2005 Hard to grab a shopping cart BF? Just steal one from a grocery store parking lot in advance, and bring your own.
Tracy72 Posted November 19, 2005 Posted November 19, 2005 our store has abunch shipped in for bf...they are alot outside lined up along the wall.
codeblue Posted November 20, 2005 Posted November 20, 2005 Yes. I always take mine and as an extra bonus it has cup holders to hold my drink.
leefamily23 Posted November 20, 2005 Posted November 20, 2005 Ironically my sister called me last night and told me she was doing this.
treasure60 Posted November 20, 2005 Posted November 20, 2005 Me and my DIL are bringing our mesh tote bags with us. The stroller is a good idea,,,but one of us will be going out to the Jeep often to put away our stuff so we don't have to carry it around the entire time.
threelittlecupcakes Posted November 21, 2005 Posted November 21, 2005 Don't hate me but I don't like those darn shopping carts on BF. People with shopping carts slow everone down. If between the three of us we can't get it all I would rather run some out to the car and go back in. People are rude with pushing those things into each other.
SuperMommy Posted November 21, 2005 Posted November 21, 2005 Seems like it would be hard to navigate the stroller around. I have a time trying to squeeze through the crowds and I am really small. But then again, guess you could just run it into them...lol.
Miranda1313 Posted November 21, 2005 Posted November 21, 2005 That is a good idea! Mabye you could put a fake little dolly in it all wrapped up to look like a newborn, then people might get out of your way and not mess with you lol!!!! Miranda
Guest Deals4Me Posted November 21, 2005 Posted November 21, 2005 hmm...interesting...I'm getting a lot more than normal this year, so I'm debating... I have to go through my compter room as I am sure that I have alot of stuff that I am not even aware of! but alas...I dont feel good. darn surgery has left me REALLY vulnerable.
