UROCgirl
Does any one know if you can go to Staples the day before and buy the FAR items and then return on BF for $ the difference? How is Staples with the rebates? Is it a few weeks or months before you finally get the rebates?
kfinto65
Does any one know if you can go to Staples the day before and buy the FAR items and then return on BF for $ the difference? How is Staples with the rebates? Is it a few weeks or months before you finally get the rebates?Won't work. My rebate form always has the dates the item has to be purchased printed on the form. So if you buy early you will be out of that date range. As to getting the rebates, Staples is the best. I usually get my rebate back within 4 weeks. happyrat
My hint of FAR is to mail in the rebate form the same day. That way it gets there ahead of all the others and will get processed faster. Has always worked for me.
techTrader
yeah Office Max has been cutting down on FAR stuff. I was in there about a year ago and the manager told me that they will be cutting back on that stuff and focusing on SOHO customers and having less rebates... I guess he wasn't kidding. They used to have free 100packs of CDRs like every week but I havent seen any FAR stuff there in ages! Conclusion: OM Sucks.
