grapico Posted November 16, 2005 Posted November 16, 2005 would anybody happen to know how rebates work for say roommates? roomates all planning on getting blank dvds, but in the same house, if we have a different last name, will they give us the rebate for it? or will they say we live at the same "address" and not give it to us? i think it would be fair for all of us to be able to get them despite living in the same house, but not sure if rebate companies think the same way... any ideas let me know as I don't want to get them only to be denied rebates.
bethc24 Posted November 16, 2005 Posted November 16, 2005 Most rebates are 'per household' and if you try they will usually deny, even with different last names, as they have many people who will make up a name trying to get the add'l rebates...sorry :-(
albrandwood Posted November 16, 2005 Posted November 16, 2005 they'd be better off having the rebates sent to family members addresses ... (or friends ... or both)
SuperMommy Posted November 16, 2005 Posted November 16, 2005 One of you could just have it sent to someone in you're family's address.
