I'm getting too old to stay up till midnight.
pudd75 Posted November 9, 2011 Posted November 9, 2011 Someone asked on WM's FB page if it's the actual ad for BF and WM responded yes but they didn't specify how many items. Hopefully we will get a look at some big ticket items.

Brad Posted November 9, 2011 Posted November 9, 2011 Let's not forget the 1.99 towels, $4-$5 blu-rays, $2-$3 DVDs, $4 PJ sets for the kiddos!!!Yep. I could post last year's ad, change a few electronics and toy items and most wouldn't know the difference
pudd75 Posted November 9, 2011 Posted November 9, 2011 I'm actually in the market for some new ones so the $1.99 towels would b a good thing lol
brinak2005 Posted November 9, 2011 Posted November 9, 2011 It's because I've been sitting here in front of the computer for the last 6 hours waiting on a big ad......LOL. People at work know they won't get much from me when it's a few weeks before the "big day".Same goes for me..lol. My co-workers get a kick out of how much planning I put into BF shopping, of course they are always coming to me to find out what's on sale and where. I tell them my information is Top Secret and if they wanna know anything they have to sign up on GottaDeal.com.

DaFees Posted November 9, 2011 Posted November 9, 2011 Now here's a good question, how quickly will this facebook preview be converted to a .pdf and uploaded here for all the non-facebook users (if Wal-Mart's legal department would even approve of this, )? I know my folks will want to see this but they don't have a facebook account, so a nice .pdf to share with them would be good.
Needs a deal Posted November 9, 2011 Posted November 9, 2011 Will big jim be going live tonight and do think the preview will have there store hours?

But we'll post it here soon after anyway.

gatorburg Posted November 9, 2011 Posted November 9, 2011 If that is the true cover..... That is a Xbox 360 showing up
Klownicle Posted November 9, 2011 Posted November 9, 2011 I highly doubt we will see the big ticket items, and I doubt it will be a full ad. I'm going for utter disappointment. After many years of this "preview" stuff. I've learned not to get my hopes up. BestBuy, Target and Walmart compete year after year. Why would Walmart release the goods this early just to let BestBuy get the one-up.
sweetdiggity Posted November 9, 2011 Posted November 9, 2011 I'll be up waiting to see what they'll show us!

Why would Walmart release the goods this early just to let BestBuy get the one-up.That's what I thought, but then I checked and CNN revealed the ad last year on the 13th and we posted in 2 days later. Maybe they figure it'll get leaked in the next few days anyway - might as well be the ones controlling it and get those web site hits and Facebook "likes" themselves.
tdanette Posted November 9, 2011 Posted November 9, 2011 The way the email I got was worded, I think they are going to reveal a few things at a time.
angelbabymommy Posted November 9, 2011 Posted November 9, 2011 I bet it will just be a few select items, just to keep everyone happy! lol.lol! I agree with you! ....now, I have to stay awake tonight
Klownicle Posted November 9, 2011 Posted November 9, 2011 lol! I agree with you! ....now, I have to stay awake tonight This will be exactly like when people wait up for those Best Buy Midnight sales. Or one day shopping events. edit; 36 people viewing this thread. I bet where all refreshing to see who makes the next post.
mamat2011 Posted November 9, 2011 Posted November 9, 2011 I have to work early so my daughter is waiting up to see it!!!
