bfaddict1977 Posted October 26, 2011 Share Posted October 26, 2011 I am VERY frustrated with the rewards r us program. I have spent close to $2000 in the past 2 months are tru and bru. It says I've earned $60 total in rewards but that only $35 will ever be dispersed to me because you can only get $20 per month. I think that's so unfair and what a farce! Why have a rewards program if you cap what people can earn and spend. I use these rewards for bf, or was planning to, but it appears I can only use $15 on bf. They need to change their program. Last year, I was so annoyed because they send you these coupons and you have to use them immediately and in store only. I would rather stack them up and use on one of my kids birthdays. Like last year you had to use them in January. I have nothing to use them for in January and the shelves were still bare from the Christmas rush.
