Is there any way to get this catalog if you aren't in their marketing region? I am 30 minutes from the nearest Target, but go there for bf. I want the coupons!

Just like TRU's book, this book is usually in the Sunday's paper. So, both books should be in the October 30 Sunday paper.

The coupon book is always available in store in an end cap display. However, they expire the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. If you only go for BF, they won't be valid.
