genoandkiddo
Have you ever found a really good deal and debated whether or not to get one or two? (Store permitting, I am not talking the Limit ones) I did last year when Kmart had there Bratz for 6.00. I only bought one but am kicking myself in the butt now for not getting four or five. Those would have made great b-day gift for girls in my childrens classes. I did buy some shirts for Family members like that. The flannel shirts at Walmart. elena_398
I usually buy two if I know someone will use it or I do have a use for it.
boudmel
I try to pick up a couple extra's here and there- you never know when you might need a last minute gift:)
bayhaysay
I will probably have to load up on the really hot items if I can. My sister and I will go together and since everyone else in the family is to lazy (or maybe we're just insane) to get up that early they put in their order and we pick it up. outnumbered
I tend to only buy one of whatever I get. I only buy gifts I am going to give my kids or my nephews...I can't afford to buy extras.
Booterbunz
It depends on if it's something that I can splurge on! LOL I don't want 3 toasters just cause they're on sale!! But toy wise, yeah, I'll get extra for birthday parties and whatnot!
brynnfromtheblock
If it's a great deal I buy a couple and put them in the prize closet, that way when the kids tell me they have a birthday party to go to, or a co-workers kid has a party I don't have to fork out 20 bucks ... I just get a 5 dollar item from the prize closet that looks like it costs 20 bucks!!
Kandy
on toys I will be two or three... with all the birthday parties and all its good to have some on hand.
cthulhu
It really depends on what it is. If I have the money, I have bought more than one item especially if it is computer equipment.
ryka
If it's a good deal I will buy more then one especially if it is toys. My kids are always being invited to bday parties and they are good to have for those surprise invites.
alimfp
If it's a good deal and I *need* more than one, I buy as many as I am allowed too. Now normally I don't need more than one or two of the same item. If I needed five or more, I'd probably limit myself so others could have a stab at it. :)
Candy
A good idea to remember is also.....Kmart has the....special of the day thing now....so say...a barbie is 4 bucks on wednsday...if they dont have them...(which they never do at ours) you can go to walmart and get the same one..same day..and get the discount...don't need to wait for BF. RIght now Kmart has the Ponies for 4.44...think it was today...a pretty good bargain.
rosegarden
Don't tell me that Kmart still pulls that trick???? That's one of the big reasons that I quit shopping there years ago.
Candy
Yes...as a matter of fact...this weeks sales paper has the weekly sales...a special item per day. I live relly close to Kmart..but I rarely even try to buy there for sales items..I simply take the sales paper with me to Wal-Mart..and I learned last year...they DO honor those daily sales as long as its the same day and time. I tell you....if I could find someone as cheap as walmart...Id never go there again...I hate the dang parking..lol

erh12275
I am going to try and get 2 of the Care Bears this year...one for each girl. Their room is Care Bears(if I ever finish it.)
cherry33778
Well if it is a hot item I tend to buy four or five and sell them on ebay, which usually works in my favor:)
rockpzazz
I wonder if I should buy some care Bears and put them on ebay. I've never sold on ebay, but this may be a great venture to try.
best4less
If its a toy and a good deal, I'll buy more then one because I will donate the extra to Toys for Tots :)
rockpzazz
You know that's a really good idea. I think I might do that this year.
