mcwalker Posted October 26, 2010 Posted October 26, 2010 (edited) Thanks! First ad of some use to me this year. There are those nice "after rebate" offers I have come to expect from Ace! Note that the 50% off any regular-price item under $30 on Saturday Only is also a good deal. :) (Limit is one per household, but you could probably get around that if you are crafty.) flyjar Posted October 26, 2010 Posted October 26, 2010 Ratcheting box wrenches for 6 for $10 SAE and Metric. Might have to jump on these.
BigSlama912 Posted October 26, 2010 Posted October 26, 2010 too many mail in rebates. But some good deals despite that.
sweetdiggity Posted October 26, 2010 Posted October 26, 2010 too many mail in rebates. But some good deals despite that. I know, such a turn off. I just want deals now, not rebates, etc.
slinkster65 Posted October 27, 2010 Posted October 27, 2010 Ace is always good with the rebates from my past experiences. Never had one not filled, and if there is an issue always gotten a call or email to send what was missing to fix it. Actually excited for BF this year since last year I was in the hospital from a week before Thanksgiving to the middle of January with a rare case of food poisoning and almost died. So I like this add...mainly sicne it has a few things I could use.
MissGreen08 Posted October 27, 2010 Posted October 27, 2010 I love those little porch trees. Wonder if I could use the 50% coupon also...
beccasbank Posted October 27, 2010 Posted October 27, 2010 The way I read the coupon was save 50% on any "REGULARLY PRICED" item. I would think it would not apply to sale or clearance items. I love those little porch trees. Wonder if I could use the 50% coupon also...
mcwalker Posted October 27, 2010 Posted October 27, 2010 Yes, it would be nice not to have to go through the rebate rigamarole, but the Ace process is pretty straight-forward and reliable, and for those willing to make the bit of extra effort, there are some good deals. The trick is to be organized about rebates and make the submission quickly so you don't lose something or just forget (as many people do). :)
samisma Posted October 27, 2010 Posted October 27, 2010 hmm. totally getting the air hockey & foosball games for dh's little cousins.
happyrat Posted November 1, 2010 Posted November 1, 2010 Odd that Ace sells a Craftsman tote bag?? As far as rebates the times I have mailed them in from Ace they came much quicker than most. Two to three weeks on average.
MissGreen08 Posted November 7, 2010 Posted November 7, 2010 Hey Brad, I think your elves might have missed the two pack of pre-lit porch trees in the item list. I wanted to ad it to "My List" but it wasn't there.
JollyGG Posted November 25, 2010 Posted November 25, 2010 Darn our ad was a bit different in the paper. The binocular camera I wanted to get for my father in law to bird watch from his back deck with aren't in it. I guess it's off to JCP for a pair of them instead.
Cinnamonhuskies Posted November 26, 2010 Posted November 26, 2010 dh is getting the camea binocs for $24.99...although the Ace Hardware guy he talked to said the regular price is only $30. LOL
