What a joke! The free shipping doesn't work yet! I had items in my cart that were listed as free shipping, but the free shipping did not appear in my cart. I called customer service, waited on the phone for 47 minutes only to be told that there was a mistake in the ad, and free shipping wouldn't take effect until 12:01 on Friday. He told me there was nothing that could be done, as they were unable to manually give free shipping.

 

I was so mad! I asked why the mistake hadn't been corrected yet, as the website is still listing free shipping, and he didn't have an answer. I hate Best Buy!!!

The item I ordered at first try I had to pay for shipping, didnt mind since it was cheap, but they couldnt process the payment with paypal.

 

The 2nd time free shipping appears and viola my paypal payment is accepted, now im stuck with this $14 pending paypal payment, if its still there later I will call and complain

i just put a load of blu rays in cart and they want $60 for shipping. This is getting ridiculous, there's no point on saving on item and paying that. I'M going back to bed

I bought two Xbox 360 games and got free shipping. Also, my Sony Blu-ray player and movie were free shipping, less than an hour ago.

I just ordered 4 items. Two had free shipping, two did not. I checked first, before adding the two with no free shipping, and I did get my free shipping on the other two items. So whatever the issue they must have corrected.

It seems the BB is offering free shipping on select items. Unfortunately, the items I want are not eligible for the free shipping. BB's shipping prices are extremely high!!!!

So I ordered online and then decided to call and ask why the free shipping was not applied. The representative confirmed BB was offering free shipping, but had no explanation as to why the free shipping was not applied. He went ahead and canceled my order and created a new order. However, in doing so, one of the items I initially ordered was no longer available. He agreed to place it on backorder, but then only placed one on backorder. I initially ordered two. I called back again to complain and I am still on hold after 35 minutes! BB's customer service is ridiculous!
