  1. I just spent 47 minutes on the phone waiting for a customer service rep because the free shipping was not being applied in my cart (the items were listed as free shipping). After all that time, I was told that a mistake had been made in the ad, and the free shipping didn't actually start until 12:01 on Friday. The rep said there was nothing he could do because they couldn't add free shipping manually. I asked why the mistake had not been corrected online because all the items were still being listed as free shipping, and he didn't have an answer. I am so mad!!
  2. What a joke! The free shipping doesn't work yet! I had items in my cart that were listed as free shipping, but the free shipping did not appear in my cart. I called customer service, waited on the phone for 47 minutes only to be told that there was a mistake in the ad, and free shipping wouldn't take effect until 12:01 on Friday. He told me there was nothing that could be done, as they were unable to manually give free shipping. I was so mad! I asked why the mistake hadn't been corrected yet, as the website is still listing free shipping, and he didn't have an answer. I hate Best Buy!!!
  3. I just asked the price adjustment question at my Target and was told that the standard price adjustment policy applies on BF. I specifically asked how long I had after my purchase to price adjust, and was told 14 days. That would be consistent with the email above that states that you can PA if it goes on sale the week of or the week following the purchase. I always thought it was 7 days. However, I was also told that because the ad had been leaked (I acted surprised), the manager was told to pull the popular BF items off the floor soon so people couldn't do what we all want to do.
