adelswick Posted November 8, 2009 Posted November 8, 2009 Yeah, at the stores I go to here in KY they still offer it everytime I check out even though I usually already have mine in my hand waiting lol..Maybe the cashier was just misinformed or new or something

The cashier says "Would you like to apply for a Kohl's charge, even if you are denied you still get the discount". I always say no. I tried to get approved once, it didn't happen, so now I don't need all those inquiries on my credit report.

When I applied a few years back, it was given regardless of whether you were approved or not. Here, the signs just talk about 15% on the day you open your account. I have to admit, when used properly, the Kohls card is my favorite card!
