there was one in yesterday's paper? i wouldn't want to buy the one that was for .25 cents- it seems like it should show up somewhere online for free eventually. and teh other poster was right- it does seem a bit strange to have a new one out so soon after the last one expired- it was such a good coupon. butif it turns out to be legit, i sure won't complain! -

thanks you guys! i went yesterday and found great deals. i asked soemone to go to the top rack and price check all the triax bikes. so he pulled his little machine up there adn told me that the price sticker said 69.oo clearance. he acted like i was really a hassel wehn i asked him to scan it just to make sure. it came up 22.00!!! i also found one of the barbie scooters. the tricycle, the princess ready beds, and the color wonders were all coming up full price. oh well. i also got a cart full fo groceries using the target coupons and my hubby was pleasantly shocked when i got home and told him i had only spent 48.00! -
i agree- everyone buys clothing- i had so much clothign i couldn't even get her to wear it all. i really appreciated the practical things- diapers, butt paste, tylenol. i also loved the things for later in the year- sippy cups, snack cups, child plates, infant spoons. kind of helped divide out the heavy costs instead of having all the savings up front. besides the socks, i also get snack cups and washclothes at my dollar store- i think that they are the best suddsing (is that a word) of them all

found a parents brand gate last night - down to 12.50 from 49.99- wallmount gate, 23 to 58 inches. its the kind you swing the door open. last week, they were 35.00. i was wondering, when it comes to markdowns, what is the schedule for furniture? it has been thirty off for a few weeks now at my target, and i'm really eyeing this one piece -

i do ask. But a lot of times, i get more than one person's gifts on one reciept. and i have never been given more than one gift reciept. but not everyone gift giver gives me a gift reciept. i just feel that if policies are different in different stores, as it seems they are by reading this thread, that they should be posted where you purchase your items, or at least at customer service. my targets all have corporate policy posted, not store policy or city policy. -

This has been a policy at my target for at least a year now. If you return an item without a reciept, you do not get a store gift card. You must get an item of similar nature that costs at much as you are returning. If i return a 20 coat without a reciept, i cannot get two 10 pants. i'm not even sure that i could get 20 shoes. and you must do it the same day. before they went to that, if you had a return with no reciept, you could get a store credit and use it for anything in the store as long as it was spent that date. i completely understand that with no reciept, they want to keep the money in store. but what does it really matter if i return a package of socks and get groceries instead? If they are going to inforce that policy, i think that they should be able to do one more of the following: Actually give out gift reciepts for every reciept (i'm sure that they are supposed to, but many of my cashiers rip it off separately and i have to ask for it.). Provide a way for purchasers to go online and print copies of gift reciepts (say i have my reciept, but i have two gifts, then who do i give the gift reciept to?) if i make a return, but no how i paid for it, then they can go into the system and look up my reciept. why can they not set it up so that if "bob" needed to return something i got for him, and did not have a gift reciept, then he could give them the purchasers name and they could then see how it was paid for. -
My dd is 17 months, and wears 12 months in most clothing. i got these for here for her christmas pjs. i bought 18 months in case they shrunk, even though she wears 12 months in fleece pjs. i know sometimes those cotton sets can shrink over time. anyway, she cried when i put her arms thru the sleeves. i thought she was just making a fist, but no, they are that awful.

i searched and searched before getting my daughter's chair. Their is a really really cute child's recliner for 40 at target (great price comparied to others) but i couldn't get myself to pay 20 to ship it. i was going to get the step 2 lifestyle lounger until i read that it is not very sturdy and cannot fit sippy cups. i ended up going with the cube chairs (kb toys, etoys, buy.com, i think even sears has them online.) i used the 20 off 50 at buy.com, (after adding a sippy cup to bring me over 50) ordered two chairs. the chairs were here fast as can be, and i ended up paying like 21 dollars a piece after tax and shipping. the chairs are great, but are more for toddlers- they seem sturdy, they have an insert can be used as an ottomon or a table or a second seat. but they aren't huge or anything.

You have to watch carefully with that though. it could work against you too. i had a clear plastic placemat with Princess written on it that wrang up at 0.00. the cashier noticed that the register wasn't moving forward in the transaction and ended up pressing random buttons until it wrang up with the price of the item i had purchased ahead of it 9.99. of course i pointed it out to her, becuase the mat was probably 1.99 to begin with. -
