  1. Ohhh, it looks like the 40% off works for Outlet items too! I'm not 100% sure for everything but I put a pet Halloween costume in my cart and it took off 40%. UPDATE: I tried a few more items and the 40% was not subtracted. It might be hit and miss.
  2. I was trying to be polite. lol It's been a little, shall I say FRUSTRATING! lol
  3. Don't be in a hurry if you are trying to shop on the Disney web-site...their server is moving VERY slowly today!
  4. I ordered two of these and got an invitation for a free Prime Trial. woohoo Of course, it would've been nice to have received the invitation before Christmas. :) I still have a few orders that I need to pay for (sending a check) so I was able to upgrade them all to 2 day shipping.
  5. Pretty much all hits here (except there are toys still unopened due to the volume received..lol) There could be some misses in there that have not been discovered. Needless to say, S'Mores (Butterscotches friend) is a HUGE hit as is Butterscotch for my Goddaughter. The Dora TV Adventure Globe has been a huge hit. The Snugglekins (Fisher Price..kind of like Furreal Friends) were a huge hit. The Furreal lamb has been adored (more than I had anticipated). I still want a kitty! The Dora Mermaid items (found awesome deals on them during Amazon's sale) were better received than I had anticipated. The only bummer is the one that turns around and tells stories didn't work right within 5 minutes after opening the package. KUDOS to Amazon for sending a replacement...it's on it's way. They didn't wait for the defective one to be returned before sending it. wooohooo The Belle Tea Party would've been a bigger hit had the batteries in the saucer worked (the key to making it interactive). I'll be purchasing the replacements today (they are button batteries). Other than that, it's adorable! The educational plug and play toys I bought went over well. They are just a little advanced for my daughter but will definitely grow into them and she seems to be enjoying them. I think they will be great learning toys for her. The bike was a big hit. Pretty much all of the toys for the kiddos I buy have been a hit....can't think of any misses yet.
  6. I bought the outdoor decorations I had been looking at all season. I'm good with paying half price because it seems by the time the stores go to 75% off, there is nothing left. My front yard is going to look awesome next year. :)
  7. Normally Target and Wal-Mart would have them. If you need a large amount, you may want to go to an office supply store like Office Max or Staples.
  8. Thanks to all for the suggestions. I found a pack of four for $3.99 at Party City. Merry Christmas Everyone! :holiday02
  9. I bought one for my daughter directly from FP and it didn't have a cat.
  10. Of all things!! My daughter informed me that she wants Santa to bring her a Cars yoyo. Has anyone happened to see one in their travels? Obviously it's too late to look online and hoping with all of the GD eyes out there someone may have seen one. Thanks in advance if you can help me out....even if you can't! lol Happy Holidays! :holiday05:holiday03:hert:
  11. I usually get mine at Big Lots. They are Fuji alkalines and run $1.49 for either 4 AA's or AAA's, 1 9V, 2 C's or 2 D's. They last just as long as any of the others out there.
  12. This is bad, bad. I have recently started collecting LPS stuff. I think they are darling.
  13. My daughter's birthday is in June. I pretty much limit toy purchases to her birthday or Christmas. The way I look at it, I am buying her toys to last at least 6 months or longer. She cycles through toys like all kids do (gets bored with something and then plays with something else). I really focus on buying toys to accommodate her age for the next 6 mos to a year. So yeah, I spoil too on her birthday and Christmas. :) Besides, she's my only one.
  14. A little trick I do when I'm in that type of situation, is I checkout like I'm paying with a check or money order. Then when I have the money, I change my payment type to whatever card I am using. I prefer to not use credit cards so I use my check cards instead. Therefore, I need to have the money in my checking account before I buy. If you do this, it saves it as an order (for how long, I'm not sure) and then you still lock in to the great bargains.
  15. I'll look. Thank you! What's one more order to Amazon after the upteen already place in the past week....lol
  16. My daughter and Goddaughter too! They are in love with these ponies. My daughter will be receiving S'Mores while my Goddaughter will receive Butterscotch. And the accessory set was just too darn cute and will be a great add on. I have to admit, I've grown fond of these darn ponies and the other Fur Real Friends...lol Personally, I want one of the kitties....just waiting for Target to get in the one I want so I can use my BF raincheck. hee hee
  17. No, it doesn't make sense. lol However, for $1.94 I would rather be able to stay home than go into a Wal-Mart this time of year! I would spend more in gas...lol I went on Saturday (had a couple of Site to Store pickups) and it was insane.
  18. My daughter had talked a lot about this doll after she seen it in TRU but there was NO WAY I was going to spend $100+ (at the time it was over $100 in our local TRU). I thought my daughter still wanted this and asked her last night if she still did. She said no. But she is 4 and we know how fickle a 4 year old can be...lol And I'm not 100% sure she remembered to which one I was referring. I'm hoping and praying she still wants this because I loved buying it for her for $40.00 with free shipping on Amazon. At $40, I couldn't resist. I too ordered it on Friday and it was here on Tuesday. It was in a huge plastic bag when it arrived.
  19. I had held off ordering these from Hasbro. I just got two sets for $29.97, shipped. And they should be here by Dec. 24. Thank you VERY much for posting this deal for Wal-Mart. This by far is the best deal that I've seen on these.
  20. You may also want to check the Hasbro website. Someone posted a code (FRIENDS20). If you use that code, it makes the pony $215.99 with free shipping. You also get a $10 giftcard to use on a future purchase.
  21. If you do not have a TRU coupon, you can order it from the Hasbro website. It's showing $54.99. However, if you use the code "FRIENDS20", it will take 20% off and there is free shipping. The price ends up being $43.99. It's not quite as good as TRU but close.
  22. Sometimes Amazon will show the items getting ready to ship with a ship date almost a week out. Then all of a sudden, everything will update and you almost receive the package around the same time it was due to ship out. It also depends on which warehouse they are pulling the items. I've noticed that some are slower than others. Maybe they are just busier and not slower because they are slackers.
  23. Try the www.hasbrotoyshop.com and use friends20. I'm not sure when this code expires but it worked tonight. It made the accessories $23.99 with free shipping! Wow, I need to go get my check card. I need two of these.
  24. Try PONY10. I used that when I ordered Butterscotch and S'Mores. It gives 10% off.
  25. Check hasbrotoyshop.com. They may have it online. I know they have been doing free shipping with orders over $50. Good luck!
