  1. Not 100% sure they are in stock but here is the link. http://www.etoys.com/product/index.jsp?productId=3919988
  2. I take my daughter shopping on BF. We don't go out early in the morning. We go when we wake up. Normally, I've hit some of the stores I wanted to go to on BF the Wednesday night before Thanksgiving so we just go in for price adjustments. However, we may end up spending some time in stores. I have her take her Leapster to keep her occupied. Also, we live in AZ so yes, it may be cold but not COLD. However, I still wonder where people shop that they get so crazy. We have been in busy situations but not insane like some of you desribe. I guess Arizonans don't get as crazy as people in other places.
  3. I have been lucky enough to find all of the Zhu Zhu pets stuff I wanted for my daughter.
  4. Their Triple Action Mascara is the best ever. Thanks!
  5. I was going to place an order this week anyway....the 50% code is gravy. Thanks!
  6. Being that it's Africa hot in Arizona, it's hard to think of winter....yet again, I'm VERY ready for cooler temperatures.
  7. I meant to post my thanks to the OP. I was able to use both coupons PLUS the $10.00 giftcard. The net price for both movies was around $7.00. Thanks again!
  8. I knew about the Target deal but didn't know about the printables. It's definitely worth a shot. Thank you!
  9. That's pretty much my theory. I know for me, I'll buy it at 30% if it's something I REALLY want. If it's something I kinda want but could maybe live without, I'll buy it at 50%. Now if I can get something I really want at 50% off, I'm a happy girl. Of course, 75% off is the motherload. However, I will be dancing a jig if I can get a nice patio set at 75% off. I may be dreaming but I can hope, right?
  10. It's very possible that stores are carrying less inventory so there isn't as much to choose from as there used to be.
  11. If they want this practice so stop then they need to get firm about it. Obviously they know this is a draw for their stores and web-site. I hardly see how I am taking advantage when my average purchase in there is around $150-$200 (that's for 1 child). I would say 98% of my daughter's clothing comes from there. I don't feel a discount is 'owed' to me but as long as they are available, I would be a fool to not use them. If they quit honoring them, so be it. And I always make sure I have a coupon in hand. This thread caught my eye because I'm looking for a March coupon. My kiddo needs clothes for our Spring Break trip.
  12. I would recommend contacting Fisher Price.
  13. Buster Brown shoes are very good shoes. So are Stride Rite. They are definitely worth the investment.
  14. Don't mean to threadjack about Amazon but even if there is a problem, they have the best customer service around. I did almost all my shopping on Amazon this year. Between their good customer service and having Prime, Amazon gets a lot of my business.
  15. I know they won't guarantee shipping if you don't have PRIME but Amazon does ship quickly. If you have an order that is 'stuck in limbo', I would most definitely call them as web-sites are not fool proof...except GD of course. I have PRIME and I'm so happy I have it since I am finishing my online shopping tomorrow and know it'll be here on Tuesday.
  16. I'm glad you found the kitty. I've been hoping that Amazon would lower the price on it as well but it just hasn't happened. Thanks for the information about it being lower at Target.
  17. FYI, Amazon has the Furreal kitty for $39.99, I think.
  18. Peppysfireball, I have been a member of GD for 2 years now. With 2500+ posts, I don't plan on going anywhere (unless Brad puts me in timeout ). If you don't like what I write, skip over it. I am not intending to sound mean and hateful. Yes, the UPS man was spoken to. That is obvious from JCarr's earlier posts. I agree he shouldn't have gone into her place of business. However, I also know there are two sides to every story and I would be interested in the others side to this. I would venture to guess that this UPS driver (any for that matter) would not risk losing their job over a package. And if that was the intent, why on earth would the driver take the trouble to deliver it, untape it and then hide it under the porch?? To any reasonable person, that makes no sense whatsoever. JCarr, I'm sorry if you feel I'm 'picking' on you nor am I trying to sound mean or hateful. That is NOT my intent nor my desire. I do not have the time or inclination to single out people on here or anywhere else. However, when someone posts on here, I do state my opinion as others do. I don't write my opinions in hopes of gaining approval from others. I write them because this is my perspective and perception of the situation. If someone doesn't agree, then pass over it. If someone is a business owner and happens to hold an 'official' position in the community, it is completely unacceptable for that individual to use that official position to have someone reprimanded, fired or any other disciplinary action. That is a gross abuse of power.
  19. I'm NOT saying he doesn't have a right to call. As a business owner, most definitely he has a right to call. I'm saying he doesn't have a right to call in his official capacity as Mayor. In her previous posts, she made it appear that since he's the mayor he was going to contact the UPS supervisor in his mayoral capacity. That is not acceptable.
  20. This is off topic but for those that have problems with Amazon packages. Call them. Their Customer Service is excellent and I know they will resolve the issues to your satisfaction.
  21. Once again, I was responding based on the information YOU posted. I didn't pull this out of the air. Now you are saying that he told you something different that what you stated in previous posts. The difference is that if the driver went to City Hall, he could use his capacity as the mayor. As a private business owner calling, it would not be prudent for him to do mention he is the mayor and can and should be construed as an abuse of power. Which is it?
  22. This is what you wrote in your post. You are the one who stated that it would be the 'mayor' calling. If you are not hoping that he will call in his capacity as the mayor of the town in which you live why would you even bring it up? Absolutely as a business owner he has a right to call and complain. But somehow I wouldn't want my boss to take care of a battle which should be mine and is of a personal nature.
  23. I misread that the business owner IS the mayor. To me, since this is the case, it would even moreso be an abuse of power.
