Most people may know this but if you search for the item on the Target Web-Site, click on the link for the item. Then click on the tab that says "ADDITIONAL INFO". The catalog number, ASIN and DPCI are all listed there. I didn't realize this until about a week ago. *duh*

OMG, that is funny. I don't care for it when people are greedy like that. It's one thing to plan ahead for birthdays, misc. holidays, gift closets, and of course the winter holidays, etc. But it's downright glutteny to buy like that when you know she's going to probably unload her items on Ebay or Craigslist. Of course, this is my own opinion.

They must get pleasure in torturing us....lol I placed an order yesterday. The good news is that it's already shipped. The bad news is that about half of my order was cancelled. C'est la vie.

I just talked to someone from the Target at Old Spanish Trail and Harrison. He said they just stocked 9 (!!!) :eyepoppin:eyepoppin pallets of clearance toys. He said that the highest discount right now is 50% off on some. I said I know that some stores around the country are already at 75% off (didn't tell him HOW I knew this) on their toys and asked if he thought they would go to that price. He said he didn't think anytime soon considering what they had just put out. Of course, we know this is subject to change. Then I called the Tanque Verde and Grant store. They transferred me to someone in toys who never picked up. Generally TV/Grant marks down items before OST/Harrison. I may have to make a trip later on today. From what I remember from 2 summers ago, toys went 75% off on a Thursday AM. Actually, they probably went 75% off on Wednesday and retagged overnight and placed back on the shelves on Thursday. I figure whatever I am meant to have, it'll be there for me. If it's not there, then I don't know any better and may save some money. That sounds good in theory anyway...lol It sounds like they are cleaning out the backrooms getting ready for inventory and finding all kinds of treasures.

How is it cheating the system when information of what has actually occurred is being shared. I think you should call corporate and complain. It seems as if this holiday season that Target didn't hire cream of the crop customer service oriented people.

:yup::yup: Welcome! :) I felt the same way. My friends think I'm nuts that I peruse Targets every chance I get. Yet they are always impressed with the deals I can find and then are interested in going. And I tell them, you have to go all of the time; not just once in awhile. You never know what you will find!
