I purchased one for my daughter last year from HSN. I was able to get it on easy pay plan too and they shipped it right away. QVC has the same option also.

I have to admit that I'm anxiously waiting to see whats inside the Hatchimals lol I wonder if its something my 8 year old daughter will be interested in. I need to see if it would be worth $60.

Thanks Brad! I got a Sunday paper yesterday, but didn't look all the way through it to see if it was in there lol...ill check when I get home. Kmart's was in there.

I'm also on the look out for one of these for my 13 year old daughter. Our price range is exactly the same too! lol I'm pretty sure I'll end up buying it from Amazon. The price range is in my budget, it will ship free, the reviews are just are 4 star and I've also seen where a protection plan can be purchased.

A mixture of cash and debit for me. The bulk of it is debit. I usually have about $50-$75 cash for really small purchases that aren't worthy of a debit swipe and for food.

I always hope to pick up stuff through out the year, but it hardly ever happens, so most of the time I'm waiting. I usually start mid September. This year, I'm late! Lol...I'll be starting this weekend with a Walmart or TRU layaway.

Absolutely agree with the clothing. I've seen a few cute things, not only for my girls and family, but also for me lol ...I haven't put a layaway on yet because I don't have a clue as to what my girls want yet. I guess, I could still get the "family gift" layaway out of the way in the mean time.
