I downloaded the app for the Hatchimals and after 37 alerts- not 1 has been in stock and I click on the site immediately! You're right! My friend said the same thing; she also subscribed to the alerts via the website. Every Walmart/TRU alert she receives has been out of stock, BUT the amazon alert worked! She lucked up last night. It hasn't been shipped yet, but it hasn't been cancelled either.

It should say it online. I used it Sunday. When I was in the toy department, 99% of the stuff I was getting had the code underneath too.

Years ago when I would get a real tree every year, I would get it on December 1, but now since I have an artificial tree, it goes up on BF for decoration on Saturday. This year we will be in GA for Thanksgiving, so it will go up a day later when we return on Saturday and we'll decorate on Sunday.

Today at 12 pm (eastern time), ABC will be revealing their 25 Days of Christmas line up! I can't wait for the Christmas Classics #themostwonderfultimeoftheyear PS: has anyone started listening to Christmas music yet?

I spoke too fast! I received mine in the mail 2 days ago. I did have an extra coupon on the front that I could use, so I was excited about that. My girls haven't even looked through it yet...I'm shocked! lol

I suck at saving as well! LOL Every year I tell myself that I'm going to start a Christmas club account, I never do smh lol ...I'm back at school, so I've been taking college courses. My refund check is always at least 2 grand, so I'll be using that when it comes at the end of the month.

I love the basket idea and I also love this idea. I would like to receive something like this for me my bf. It could just be one of those nights where the kids aren't home and you have the house to yourself or even after a long day and the kids are finally day and you just want to curl, relax and say "we've made it through another day...ahhhh" LOL

I need to get the specifics at my local store then because the item I wanted to pm was an item they sold online for $10 cheaper. The sales associate told me no.

I prefer the old way also. It's like, it's no fun any more. I will admit, I used to go to Kmart on Thanksgiving Day for their sale, but having the actual BF sales on Thanksgiving is a real turn off for me. Just like a previous poster said, if ppl didn't show up, they wouldn't open. Not bashing anyone or trying to sound negative, I just wish Black Friday would go back to its original meaning.

I'm in Delaware and my local stores stopped August 1.
