Help! My daughter is 13 yo and is getting harder and harder to buy for. She is pretty lucky and has a lot of things already, so I am looking for some creative ideas? She is 13 as I say - she is riding a line right now between still playing with certain toys (Lego, American Girl, ect), and being interested in "older" things - electronics, makeup, clothes, ect. Any ideas of what is going to be the cool item this year, or just some creative ideas? Thanks for any help!

You know I dont know if anyone is interested or has checked but you can get these regular pets on eBay for just a couple of dollars more than retail, by the time you pay shipping from either an online store or on eBay. If you are going to order enough to make up the free shipping amount it would still be a better deal. But for those of us who are just desperate for them - dont fret you can get them somewhat affordably on eBay. :)

Wow - after hearing this nightmare story I have even more of a reason to purchase the handmade AG style clothes that a local crafter makes. I already am not a huge fan of AG as they havent given me the best customer service in the past and I dont like the fact that they never have any codes and such available. I may still purchase a particular outfit from time to time - but I would love to let AG know that because of their poor customer service I wont be placing an order with them anytime soon. My daughter doesnt so much care that the CLOTHES are AG - and as I say we have a local woman who makes BEAUTIFUL handmade clothes for them and they are somewhat cheaper than the AG store despite being handmade! Debi - if you have further contact with them - let them know that they have lost more than just one sale because of their poor service!

I see sales in the coupon section from time to time just on a weekly basis - but I dont think places like opticians and such participate in such sales. At least not in my area or that I am aware of? We just started a Gamefly membership recently and are loving it - we have 2 consoles and my daughter has a DS - all of which you can rent games for. We live in MI and our dist. center is Pennsylvania - ours arrive in 2 days pretty much all the time. I only wish they had an option for 3 out at a time so we could all get something we wanted at the same time!

Cabellas just did this with the comforters too as well -Posted them for a big low price - let people order them, then cancelled. I am beginning to think their IT department needs an overhaul if they are really having all these "Accidents". Or they are just trying to get people to their site in hopes theyll order other stuff as well. I dunno, but I think I am done ordering from them for a while.

I am an RN at a hospital and fortunately it is my normal day off this year - but otherwise I would have to take a paid-time off day which is pretty much paid time off I earned and is considered like a planned day off that I "pay myself for". But I wouldnt miss going out for anything and I MORE than save the amount I would make in a day on the deals I get!
