I thought they were great until I got to the checkout with my 3.00 worth of crochet headbands and they wanted 10.00 to ship -

I'll be waiting for that answer myself. There is a store in our town that is closing. I spent 40 on a tutu, onesie and 2 hairbows for a 3-6 months and that was with 40% off. I'm going to make my own tutuus with their patterns. I was on one site that was just awesome, but very expensive. It was poshlittletutus.com. They are gorgeous, start at around 45 for a tutu dress. -
AFter reading the poor reviews on these pillows about how they flatten out and clump after a week or so, I did some looking and bought these Down Alternative Chaps 2 pack pillows instead. Why do you think it is a joke. THey LOWERED ALL their prices. I would much rather have low prices every day than 7 sales a week . 40% off is okay for me if I need something today. I don't want to have to wait and check every day to see if it goes lower than that. They are now on a price level with walmart. I think their fair and square promotion is great. No receipts needed, no stupid .99 pricing. I think it's a big hit. People are buying armloads in my store.
-
They do still have quality clothing, but the distressed look of the new styles allows easily ripping. They do guarantee their stuff, if you take your receipt to the store they will give a refund. My daughter had a vinyl vest in which the armpits were melting. It had been 6 months and they still gave a refund.

Went to ours yesterday. They had tons of baby stuff. I bought my unborn granddaughter a lot of nice onesies, skirts, coat, etc. FOr 1 and 2. Each department had quite a bit.

They are the racks that say BEST DEAL. That is their new name for clearance. My penneys was full of great deals and I like the new pricing in that's it's 40% less than it used to be if I need something in a hurry and can't wait for a sale. They would never make any money if everyone waited until it was 2.00 to buy, that's unreasonable. I think 20 for a pair of jeans that used to be 38 is pretty good.
-
I think it will be a huge success when teh walmart shoppers find out they can get better quality clothes at lower prices. I liked the coupons, but I buy all my kids and my clothes at penneys . I bought even when they were not on sale and now everything is cheaper.
-
My daughter bought a lot of Decree tops for 2.00 apiece. I bought some infant outfits . Even the winter wool coats were 3.00

No, they aren't moved there for one day. It's actually their clearance stuff. It's now called Best pricing, THey are saying hurry in there because it's being moved to clearance and won't be there long before it sells out. I bought a bra that was old pink tag clearanced for 14.99 and on the new best price rack it was 9.00.

I love them also. I did mine last week and waited until this week to file in case some extra info came in. It was accepted in less than 5 minutes and I got over 5500 back in refund. I've been doing mine on there since the bad audit in 2003. They know all our socials and last years info . It's amazing how well they are designed.

My son 15, got the fire for xmas. He said it's the best present he's ever gotten. He watches netflix in bed every night and has loads of fun apps . I don't buy from places like qvc or hsn, I feel it's throwing away good money. Best to just pay the 199 from amazon, then you deal with them for all your needs. If it breaks, they will ship you a new one immediately and give you 30 days to return the damaged one. I can't say enough good about them.

Adding a subforum for Free Kindle Ebook ?
peppysfireball replied to 2chia's topic in Discuss GottaDEAL
I go to the amazon kindle discussion forums every day. A reader on there named Joyce posts the daily free books. They have been averaging over 300 per day, of course they are indie books, since the Big 6 never puts books free unless it's a mistake, but I get a couple every day that are pretty good. -
I never bought anything that wasn't at least 50% off before, so it won't change my shopping any. The sales were useless, if it wasn't on sale this week, all you had to do was wait a few days and it would be. IF everything is now at least 40% off , that is better. They may get some of the walmart shoppers.

I used HandR Block a few years ago and it cost me to get audited . They had made a mistake and I had to pay 2000. I now use TurboTax. I don't buy the software, I go straight to their website and sign in. THey keep my info stored in their system from year to year and I don't have to start over and enter all that personal info , just the wage amounts.
