Just rolled in from my week in Charlotte, NC for the Coke 600 race weekend. I. Am. Beat. But… It was worth it. Hope all my GD’er fam is doing well!

Gosh darn it… That Vegas trip I went on at start of March caused me to miss my monthly post, I think. Sad face!!! Anyway, happy April folks. I’m still here. Just apparently not in the club anymore for this year? (Brad could confirm if my reminders failed me.) Hope my GD fam is well. Been crazy busy on this end and losing track of time far too often as a result. Days are running together. I’ll finish another trip around the sun and start a fresh one next Thursday. Checking in from safe at home here in SE MI. Had to go into my office today in spite of the predicted snow. Cleared out of there just before 2, usually takes 25 mins to get home - not today. Roads felt like some giant spilled his supersized slushie all over them. Made it home in just under an hour. Not going back out tonight. Counting the days till Vegas trip (3/1). So ready to be away from this weather. lol

Totally agree on Crushed Peppermint! Incredible! I have it in my Wallflowers (because, as I say on my SS questionnaire every year, klutzy cats) and I definitely like it better than Twisted for in-air scent. [emoji16][emoji106][emoji106]

The stores by me still had plenty to choose from as of last night when I was out restocking for more baking today. Even had a fair number of Dearborn hams I had to convince myself not to go home with (because I’m only one person and my freezer is currently full! LOL) Hopefully you find the same over your way! I made chocolate chip cookies, peanut butter cookies, and chocolate peppermint brownies. [emoji4][emoji106] I’ll be in downtown Plymouth tomorrow evening from 6-about 7:30 or 8 with my Pokémon Go raid crew. The brownies always go the fastest (partially because I don’t make as many of those, partially because I have a couple folks that really love them and, I swear, take turns trying to buy my stock out lol)

Doing the bulk of my baking tomorrow and Tuesday. Did a bit this weekend for a fundraiser for my PoGo Discord server. Sale went well. Try Home Depot or Lowe’s? Depending on how much is going in the box, I find a “small” moving box can be just about right (or maybe slightly oversized but still...)

About half done (I think) with my SS shopping now. Planning on finishing the rest throughout this week. Can’t wait to pull it all together and get it on its way! [emoji4]

Got my order in. Was able to use the $10 off home and 15%. Not as great a deal as in past years when there was a 20% generic code available but still not bad. Bought: Fitbit Luxe Gourmia 5 qt air fryer Cuddle Duds microfleece sheet set (twin) Two throws One other small item Grand total: ~$182 (not bad, given that the Fitbit is $100 by itself) Edited to add: $45 KC + $5 Kohl’s rewards for store pickup (Now to figure out what I’ll be using the Kohl’s rewards & cash on!)

It will likely be just me myself and I this year. That said, not sure what I’ll be doing.
