The first site is not that accurate. I looked at the ones for our area and the prices are actually lower than they say. They are already listed with Realtors, too.

here at alabamalegals.com lists all forclosure notices that have been in the newspapers in one place. We have looked there a lot. Your local Realtor will be able to help you. But with foreclosures, if it is not listed with an agent (buying at the courthouse auction) you have to have cash in hand. at least 10-20% that day! That's the bad part.

I got a Kodak EasyShare ZD710 . It has 10X optical zoom and then 5x for digital zoom. I have had 3 kodak easyshare cameras over the past 13 years. They are still all working fine, the first one I bought the screen no longer works now, but it is one I gave my niece 5 years ago. She still uses it and loves it! My other ones have been passed down to younger family members and are still going strong too. I didn't get the one I was watching as it was a refurb. I found one I really likes at Walmart tonight. Clearanced at $218. Found it on eBay for 139 brand new never opened. I guess I'll get that one. over 8 MP and 12 Optical zoom. Hope it helps you, Andrea.

Sounds like they went from 25% to 30% but just forgot to take down the other 25% tag. I would have never thought that they ever intended to give BOTH. But that's me. Plus if I was satified to give the amount you did last night, I would think it still must have been a great deal.

Yeah, it kinda goes hand in hand with drink prices at restaurants. They know we HAVE to have it, so they CAN keep charging record profit prices! They 'could' lower the price profits margin, but why. They can rob us and drive the economy into the dirt. That's what they do....hey they are "big Oil" what can we do? Gas prices have put a way big dent in our retirement and our lives. We are no longer able to save for 'golden years' (which most are not even taking into count for right now). 20 years doen the road when our age is retiring and there is no savings, look back at the gas prices. I just hope something good happens to turn this all around soon.

We had a blow up one and it took forever to get it level. It still had problems. We dumped it at the end of the year and got the one with the pipes to hold it up.

I just added the reatil of the clothing I bought for myself it was 578.xx I only paid 92.xx before tax and just over $100 for all. I got 3 blouses ($60) 2 blouses ($80) 2 skirts ($79) and several pairs of really dressy pants. I also scored a 3 piece set complete with jewelry for onlt $5.xx ! Thank you so much as I was needing some dressy clothes. I don't typically wear long sleeves (which is what is on sale,) But the dressy stuff doesn't matter because it is so thin. Tons of plus size and regular sizes too. I didn't find much of anything in the kids clothes and men's did NOT have additional off:mad: . THANKS OP!
