I’m getting better at wrapping ahead of Christmas Eve but it’s easier now since the kids are all grown and I don’t have to hide to do it.

Does anyone have recommendations on brands that run more than a few hours? My DH works 12 hour shifts so I’d love to find a decent pair that would last at minimum 6 hours. I’d prefer to find an 8-12 hour pair though I’m a fan of JLab so theirs are high on my list but I thought I’d see if others have any favorites. PS...bonus points if they come in blue (company provided ear plugs are blue so it’s a fake out the supervisor thing)

I'm almost finished wrapping which is impressive for me since I'm that person who is usually wrapping at 2am Christmas morning. I still need to buy a few gift cards & candy for stockings. I did some baking but the sons are home from college and it's pretty much all gone. I'll do more on Friday.

For the 1st year, nothing has been lost or cancelled (knock on wood)but the dinnerware I ordered from Kohl's arrived in about 200 pieces. They're shipping replacements so my fingers are crossed.

That's my problem too. Even Walmart is 25 miles away. I'm giving them a rain check and hoping to find one in January or February.

Cool. I got a rare 40% off today and spent just shy of $500 so I have another $90 KC coming.

I usually sort by unread threads so I don't think I'd really notice.

We went out Sunday and I couldn't believe how many BF items were still in the stores. Target had TVs everywhere, Meijer still had most of their clothing deals, Menard's still had tons of stuff but they had raised some prices. I did get the Bluetooth earbuds and the infrared heater there.

We call it the Black Friday crash. All the months of hype & planning...then boom, done.

I ended up getting the $229 HP @ Staples for DS1. His old Toshiba is too slow and that one seemed to have the best specs for his needs.

This is the 2nd year that I've not gotten much at Amazon. I've always used them for books, movies & music but this year they've had nothing.
