I would love to be in her audience when she gave things away....

Since it was warm out yesterday, we put up our lights on the roof and put the garland and bows underneath each window....then we lined the driveway with those plastic candy canes....we normally wait til the weekend after Thanksgiving, but it is going to turn ALOT colder so we went ahead and did it...the tree will be going up this weekend.

I've bought about 15 gifts and nothing is wrapped yet.....

I plan on picking up the carebears for my daughter and my niece....it does include a DVD with them....

I bought this at Wal-Mart yesterday...got the DVD and a Christmas CD as a bonus for $19.??. It was a very good movie. My kids, 9, 4, & 3 enjoyed watching this....

Right after Thanksgiving

We leave out fresh baked cookies and a glass of milk for Santa and reindeer food for the deer.

We set the alarm to get up before the kids and wait in the living room 'til they are awake..which isn't long after we do...lol! They open their stockings first and then the rest of their gifts.

Since my 10th wedding anniversary is tommorrow (Nov. 4th), I would take my $100 and buy my hubby a new wedding band (his is all bent up from doing construction work)!!! I am the type that I would do without in order to get my family the things they need or want!!!

For my 9 year old daughter, a new TV...for my 4 year old boy..the powerwheel Escalade and for our 3 year old boy the powerwheel John Deere gator....

Nothing here either....

NO...we do the same thing. My husband don't like getting on top of the house to put up the icicle lights when there is snow on the roof...so we do it while it's still a little warm out, but don't turn them on 'til Thanksgiving weekend too!!

We do both...some don't like ham...others don't like turkey.

My kids want a Santa one!!

My daughter asked me about it last year when she was 8. I told her the truth! Then she asked if she could help be Santa for her younger brothers ages 4 & 3. She loves helping out!!!

We let the kids open one small gift each on Christmas Eve and everything else gets opened Christmas morning.

We go to the in-laws on Christmas Eve and have a small dinner with ALL of my husbands family.

We put ours up the weekend after Thanksgiving.

I don't like the fake snow..it is soooo hard to get off. We buy the Christmas window clings and put on each of the windows.

I've only got a few knick knacks...haven't really began shopping yet....waiting for BF!!

We have a white tree that we decorate with gold and red balls. Also, every year we buy the kids a new personalized gold ornament that we hang on the tree.
