got 2 - 8 pks of Slimfast Optima for $4.25 each, then minus a $3 and a $1.25 coupon, so I got them both for a total of $4.25!

haven't found much in anything in ages. I even checked for some of the things you all are finding and it's either not clearanced yet or the clearance price is higher than what you're getting it at. bummer!

The pop tarts work out to $1.11 a 8 pk box after coupon. I think that's great for name brand toaster pastries! I got a set of 16 pk boxes and a set of 8 pk boxes to get it to $51 minus the $20 coupon is $31 divided by 224 is .13 a pop tart times 8 (for the typical 8 pk in the stores) equals $1.10 per typical store box.

I got a case of 60 assorted Special K's and Smart Starts cereal cups at the beginning of this month for $54 minus coupon for $34 total. It was supposed to have Kashi too, but all it had was spec k, spec k berries, and 2 varieties smart start. oh well, we love it anyway!!

you Florida people are making me SAD! We are under a heavy snow warning today and it yes it is dumping another 4 to 6" on the ground. 26 degrees. I can't remember the last day i saw the sun shine. Sounds like i should wait until Friday anyway to go to Target. Do all stores go to 90% or do they just pack up stuff for next year?

I was at the Target in Grand Rapids and they had several boxes of Peanut Oil for Turkey Fryers that included .....the oil, 2 bottles of marinade, stuffing mix, gravy mix, and a meat injector.....regular $35 marked down to $19.95, and they scanned at $10!!!!!!! We checked out with 2, and I wish i would've got more! They were located in the camping aisle, go figure.

I got a couple of those last week online for stocking stuffers for $1.90. They don't have the mini gels on clearance.

WARNING about the refurb brother 5440cn....I bought one last year on CyberMonday for $48 and it worked great...for 5 months. I've never been able to get it to print proper since or copy. It still sits on my desk as we play around with it every so often to try to get it o work but alas.....I hooked up my old Epson printer and use that instead.

wow. my budget previously was $500 for everyone; and this year much much less maybe $125 for my boys, dh and I aren't exchanging gifts, and everyone else will have to deal with cards and restaurant.com gift certificates. That's life.

Dh has been out of work since late August and he is our sole income. Unemployment money doesn't cut it. I see lots of great deals I'd like to take advantage of, but just can't. I don't know when he'll find work again. Hopefully before unemeployment runs out... :(
